sorry if this has been asked. is this the only version with the new rear wheels. I never bothered with the 1/60 VF chogokin line because of the unsightly looking rear wheels.

It has different landing gear that are mounted in the armor, yes. They're plastic instead of diecast, though, which is minorly disappointing, but really if I'm going to have it in fighter mode I'm going to have it on a stand anyway.
Mine should arrive on monday.

Now you have a "long neck" add-on (not in the photo above) : Then your Vf looks better in Robot mode Anyone knows if it can be sold separately ? (all my DX frontier VF need to have this little ball joint...)

Awesome lejam! Can't wait mine too! I've been ga-ga w/ this chogokin for a week now. I did cancel my HLJ orders last week. And last thursday, BBTS got their stock and bought two from them. HLJ request for payment came and followed up an email saying my orders were cancelled as requested. Total amount is $475 EMS. While BBTS including shipping for two Armored VF-25S, costs $456. Cheaper and combined it w/ my other pile of loot Hot toys, TF, etc. Will arrive on Wednesday, really can't wait! More pics please! vic01

I got mine from Anime Export -> 17100 Yens I also ordered the reneval colors of DX Alto VF About all DX VFs, you have to be VERY carefull with the shoulders : the articulations are very strong and diecast made, but the are attached to a plastic part on the chest... It can EASILY BREAK... More pics (I forgot to open the knee pads) :

Got mine today. Holy geeze the armor makes it more fiddly, but it looks SO cool with it on.
Sadly it looks the best in Fighter mode, which is the biggest space hog of any Valkyrie with maybe the exception of a fully loaded SV-51. It's a BEAST.
Sadly I just don't have the room to display him that way, so battroid mode it will have to be...

I kind of doubt it. It was never worn by anyone other than Alto and Ozma, and the Alto set of armor is being released as an exclusive.

It's my first Macross toy, and I really like it overall. I'm debating whether or not to get the other Messiahs now or maybe a Yamato Valk or two. I always did like Nora's SV-51...
