If Kaiyodo were to do a re-work on Grendy, with all his Spazers and accessories, They'd have to get rid of that mean Hunchback design so that the Spazer accessories can attach to his body to look at least as faithful as Grendy's anime source. zozo-Magengar You know, Magengar, as you mentioned the hunchback design, and once TMZ mentioned the weird shoulders, I also wonder why isn't Revoltech 085 in manga color? Look at 016 and 037 = they are anime accurate in design and color! I hope that one day we could get a new Revoltech Grendizer release in manga color and with its spazer, cuz a Dizer without its spazer is like Freddy Krueger without his bladed glove!   |

Yeah, the Revoltech Grendizer's sculpt is pretty extreme. They didn't even try to go for some anime accuracy like with most of the other Revoltech Super Robots. The weird shoulders seem to be the new thing as the Neo Getter-1, Getter Dragon, and most recent "new" Getter-1 also have them.

I see that. But, damn, speaking of them wierd shoulders, just how
extremely dramatic can a robot toy pose before it contorts into
some self-sucking pretzel? LOL ;D
Nah, Seriously, I mean, a robot is a Robot no matter
how "humanistic" any toy manufacturer will try to make it appear.
It's a ROBOT, not some hyper-gymnastic Sideshow Bob regect
from the Jim Rose Circus! ;D
I'd like to see anyone here do an animated youtube video of the
revoltech Grendy doin the Linus dance, hunchin from side to side,
with that Charlie Brown instrumental piano-rock theme playing
in the background. ;D
