Cut the angle on each side on each one (look like little fish) started rubbing one down, 600 gritt gets the right finish found the mod 1 gear track I used for the shoulder disks is just right for the teeth! excellent, one less thing to make! made a set of these ovals up only to find they were the wrong size turned the little hydraulic cylinders things thats the idea, just too short just to give an idea of the size put together with the short plates on, it opens at an angle becuase they are too short, better remake them then! finally the right length, rubbed down, teeth painted, looking cool nom nom nom

That grabber claw thingy looks phenomenal, well symetricly built even the teeth inter-join together smoothly! I don't know what everyone else expects, but I will say Please take your time, and don't rush this to completion. The best projects look best when they're not rushed. If this custom's not built by your stated timeframe, don't worry- it'll be completed when it's completed. The wait will be well worth this gem. Meanwhile, I'm enjoying viewing this work as it's still in progress. We haven't had this much excitement over a custom in a long time since I-don't-know-when. zozo-Magengar

Great sub-assemblies so far! Looks really rewarding when parts come together. Thanks for showing the hair-pulling trial and error that goes into the scratch building of stuff like this.
I missed several pages of this thread, and just tuned back in to see what's up. WOW. Thanks for keeping on posting.
