I just got my shipping confirmation from AE, so for anyone who is waiting or concerned you should be getting your e mail fairly soon. I still suspect they are backed up. I don't think they are a large operation and I'm sure they received a LOT of orders for SKL. So if you don't have your shipping announcement I still wouldn't worry about it too much, they will get to you.

Oh yeah it's pretty for sure! Here's hoping they release a standard version with a reasonable price tag.

im Wondering with those who display their Mazingers with the Rocket Punch Effects does it hold Very well over time and not Slide down? I change my Mazinger's pose about once a month, but I have never noticed any change in position over that month when using either arm to support a rocket punch effect. I don't have great maz or SKL so I can't comment on those.

im Wondering with those who display their Mazingers with the Rocket Punch Effects does it hold Very well over time and not Slide down? It has been 30 days since I got my SRC Mazinger Bros and I display 'em shooting their rocket and atomic punches w/ the effects, sometimes for 3 - 5 days, and there is no problem till the moment. Dead-Man Bro, I came here to post the same video but found that you already did! I just wanna say that I am not a Raideen fan but I was impressed with that figure! Specially, its transformation...very good! Gotta check the other version when they upload it. Congratulations for your Mazinkaizer SKL too

Man! No word from Anime-Export yet regarding shipping of the SKL. Well, after the email I just sent them, they will either refund me my money OR, get squared away and ship my SKL. I hate dealing with irresponsible personnel, especially after they have taken my cash...

Wow! I just got an email from Anime-Export! They said that they were receiving the SKLs three at a time, and there was nothing they could do about it. They also told me I would be banned from their website if I threatened them again. But that's okay because they (Erika Sato to be precise) signed off with the following "Warm regards and Thank you for shopping at Anime Export".
Funny, reading the message I sent them, I can only tell that I was very upset at their lack of communication, but can't find any threats in it:
"Why will you not reply to any of my emails regarding my order? This is completely unacceptable! I want my order shipped now! I have been more than patient with Anime Export regarding this issue. Reply ASAP with the reasons as to why you have not sent me the shipping payment request for a figure that I paid for more than two months ago. I'm very upset with this situation and lack of communication from you."
Oh, I was P1$$3D!!! It would have not gotten to that point if Anime-Export had replied to my first message that only asked for the status of my order.
I used to like Anime-Export, but from now on, I rather pay the extra $30 or $40 on Toy-Wave or even Ebay to buy this exclusive stuff.
Anime-Export - BLACKLISTED!!!
...and some thought Angolz was bad at communicating with its customers...
C'est la vie

I just came back from Asia and picked up the skl along with a couple of others. I'd much rather get them now and have relatives ship out for me.. Cheaper and faster:)

anime export and angolz have always been horrible when it comes to customer service and communication. toy wave is pretty good but their packing can be crappy at times. the best are hlj and amiami, but they never have exclusives.

You know, sometimes a little tact goes a long way I run an online store myself and if I got an e-mail like yours, I wouldn't hesitate to either kick your order to the bottom of the list or cancel it outright. I'm glad to hear people are getting their SKLs, though!

I'm glad to hear people are getting their SKLs, though! I think he said it was his third or fourth email gone unanswered, which is very typical of anime export. Bottom line is showing some respect to the customer that chose to do business with your company instead of another one. These companies in the likes of anime export tend to skip on customer satisfaction, I guess they feel they are doing the paying customer a favor, when it is the other way around. I know because I have been in the same situation as well. There should be a way to grade these companies, like a better business bureau score card for online merchants.

Lemme see... I pay for an item a couple months ago and after a few emails I get no response nor even a status report of my order... All that precious time wasted from me by some outside store. And I finally get a response from them that I should Either chill out or get banned from Their website?! Tact my spic-hairy ass, gimme back My hard-earned money or I'll drag yer business through the BBB wringer. My $$$ back ASAP, I'll shop LOCALLY from now on.
What I had just described above is what would be My course of action. I pay for a product, Not for a pissin contest with the CSR crew. What f*cken Nerve!
I apologize for snappin. But when I read about situations like this I get all riled up ready to start turbosmashin sh*t all up in da place. LOL

Hm, I missed the "did not answer previous e-mails" bit. Perhaps my own views are colored by the fact that it's not at ALL uncommon for people to send these kinds of e-mails as their FIRST contact. Let me tell you, it doesn't endear me to them at all when people erupt in hysterics because they placed an order over holiday break but never heard anything back despite everyone being closed . (Not that I'm bitter or anything. However, some people just seem to be UTTERLY incapable of being polite and it really, really gets me down). Anyhoo. I'm not going to comment any further on this . And by all means, magengar, shop locally! Local stores need your support. E-stores operate on very low overhead due to a lack of retail space, and therefore usually are pretty minimal in their hired support staff (which is why poor customer service can unfortunately been common).
