Hello. Do any of you guys know why the Mazinger Z manga has 2 endings? Cant find any info about it. That's because there are 2 different Mazinger Z mangas, hehe. One written and drawn by Go Nagai himself, and the other one by his collegue Gosaku Ota. I only read the latter, but it was very enjoyable, Ota's story really gave depth to the enemies of the series. However, his drawing are a bit sub-par when compared to Nagai's panels, but I was in for the story |

I have a few volumes of Nagai's work from different years of publication. I'm confused on which is the original or true ending. Is it the one where Mazinger fights King Hell Gordon? How does Ota's version end? |
