Thanks man. Now I officially launch my mecha design studio : MADE IN MECHAThe year 2013 will be strong in creation : I have two movies in progress and may be a third (with a huge robot). It always sucks with pre-production, I can not show : secret defense, but you'll quickly be informed (among the first). It's very fresh, so be patient, online galleries and showrooms are coming soon with mechas that have been made for the purposes of advertisings, films and short films... Stay tuned ^__^ |

Thanks. Core team is about 2 complementary people on design (a friend + myself).. But it depends on production. I propose jobs when I need to grow my staff. Now I am working on a presentation for a 3rd movie. The goal is to make the producer in confident with the concept and put the script writing in process (6 months minimum and can extend to the 1st movie take). But moving big amount of money is taking time from hollywood people... Once you got the go, here comes the rush. ^__^ Enjoy some wires :  |

Hi guys, here is a rough I did last week for an advertising competition. Finally our studio was not chosen because production wanted a robot very (too much) similar from the one in Chris Cunningham Bjork video clip "All is Full of love"... We refused to make that kind of robot already seen everywhere. We wanted to make something more "retro-future", a kind of automate, homage to vintage mechanics, half-swiss watches jewelry, half future robotic.-> the input reference chosen for this was Persona 3 Aegis. That Bjork video generic style of robot has been way over played. It seems like it's the default robot style for Hollywood, and even before that you used to see the same basic design way back in the 80s in Heavy Metal (Metal Hurlant) and various other comic books.
