yeah, i rather amiami starts charging a premium and get it over with. putting a rock bottom price and let people fight for scraps is not the way to go.

I have one with hobbyfan as well although I'm still a bit skeptical that they'll be able to deliver. Their preorders are still open with no price change. Plus I emailed the owner with a question about payment over the weekend but still haven't got a reply.

Do you guys think sites like AMI have some sort of insider leakage as far as when stuff gets posted? They sell out in seconds on all the hot items every single time. People cant be just sitting there hitting refresh all day can they? lol

AmiAmi gets one set of stock and when it's gone, it's gone. And at $140 usd it's gone.
Your best chance is to hawk Nappon-yasan as they put up fresh stock they buy from other toy stores in Japan. It's more expensive, but at least you'll get one.
