I'm pretty sure they can and vice versa. I haven't even put on Ozma's yet. Just checked the contents of the box to make sure there weren't any missing pieces. I'll try to get some pics up tomorrow.

Thanks! I just positioned the shoulder pad like its shown on the box. I've seen some position it straight back as well. Haven't gone back to the cartoon to confirm.

I haven't opened the Ozma FP yet but I'm sure they are interchangeable. The colors would be all wrong though.
