Actually guys. My daughter recently was given a Winx Fairy figure. It is maybe 4 inches tall. It has more articulation, a better sculpt, and better paint apps all for only $7.99. So, why again is are the Voltron Pilots so lame?

Out of curiosity, I went to toysrus.com to check pictures of these 3.75" Winx Club figures. And they are FUgly!!!  IMHO, I think that Hasbro is the only domestic company that still can pull decent 3.75" action figures, but they getting pricier as everything else.  |

I disagree. In hand I was actually surprised how nice they were. If they can make those there is no excuse why Mattel could not have done a nicer, less doughy, job on the pilots.

Maybe they look better in person.  As for your question, I am not into action figures, so I don't know and don't care. I already expressed multiple times why I got the subscription, so I am not going to repeat myself. |

Fair enough. My other though was more if someone can do that nice of paint app on those little things...why can they not to amazing paint apps on the lions.

It is funny how someone who does not have a subscription keeps beating this dead horse. At least Atom owns the lions.
Look, I and other members answered those questions before, so I for one am done repeating myself...

I'll bet once the whole thing is complete and assembled
it'll probably be much taller than the Gigabyte Mazinger figure.
After thinking about it for a few days since I last posted here
I might not be happy with any weird flaws I might encounter,
the bottom line is that I'd be happy to own this specimen
as the tallest bulkiest figure in my collection...
...because once this baby's gone, it's Gone for GOOD
and those who didn't subscribe for it will regret it later on
in life when these become hard-to-get in the aftermarket life
and expensive-to-get on eBay.
And we don't know for sure how long this toy line will last,
since no one here nor in the outside world is talking about
Voltron and its merchandise as much these days ;D

Magengar, the Gigabyte Mazinger is three feet tall, but this Mattel Voltron is only about two feet tall. I'm really anxious to get my Black Lion so I can finally form VOLTRON! ;D }D |

Wait a sec... how did Matty-Collector manage to get a completed Voltron
plus the Sven set??? The rest of you subscribers are still waiting
for the Black Lion, meanwhile Matty-Collector has that full monty!
Looks good. The torso looks kinda empty around where the thighs
meet the hips... bigazz gaps there, big enuff to crush oranges. lol ;D
