 Only picturing two of my three purchases; the third would've been another Shocker Combatman, but his wrist snapped off right out of the box when I tried to swap his hands. Whoops.  Fortunately he was both the cheapest in the lot as well as the first I opened (since I had the other figures to cheer me up). Devilman was fortunately much luckier and he's now perched up on his I-Beam on top of a speaker; I was surprised that Aphrodite was actually brand new and I got to be the one to apply the sticker on the stand, too. |

its not as bad as you think the angle was a bit wrong so the photo appeared darker also clean it from time to time |

The angle is fine and the lens is clean.
I didn't feel like setting up the reflex just for a quick pic and the battery on my little point&shoot was dead. All I had left was a 5 years old budget cellphone that just can't shoot a decent picture unless it's under full bright sunlight.

Does your son get to open them up and play with them? He'll get to open them. (The Voltron I is still sealed). Going on age 8, he's already an astute collector. He'll be excited to display these in his room with his Matchbox Vehicle and Lion Force Voltrons, Legacy Megazord, Gardian, and Dynaman with Daijupiter. Some gentle play will occur. But, he likes to keep them nice! |

I went to Toys R Us to buy my Son a birthday gift, and found this combining, GIANT Megazord with pilots! I'm not sure who was more excited.
It's definitely not a display piece, but it's a really cool toy with lots of play value. Gimmics include: electronic sound effects, firing missiles and catapults, gripping claws and a turret gun that replicates a firing mechanism. For a sense of scale, here it is with some big robots from my collection. (No, I didn't just buy these all as gifts for my kid).
