Thanks mpchi for checking! Good to know that those are option parts! I guess I didn't read closely.
One of these days I will transform it. Lol.

Just came in last night, Godaikin Voltes V! Like I said in the thread I made earlier I got i from Steven Agin in a great price, but something happened during shipping to me and it shipped with a broken arm. I fixed it, but I'm looking for a new Voltes Bomber now to replace it!

One thing about GoDaiKins- I often wind up buying one that looks perfect, and one for parts. Often there are imperfections. I consider them beautiful works of art. But a perfect piece usually winds up costing more than anticipated.

thank you for the feedback guys i honestly no nothing about the character but i used to have the vintage toy, and it was cool thing to play with, so i will try to get one I still haven't transformed them, but did realize two things the other day: 1. Orguss head turns (but not the "helmet"), but not the Olson special. 2. Orguss thighs are made of diecast, Olson special thighs are plastic. 3. Overall Orguss is more sturdy than Olson for some reason. Less play in the joints, particularly the groin. Note that my Orguss is the reissue version. I'd recommend Orguss over the Olson special Orguss if you don't have preference between the two paint schemes.

Orguss has a crazy neck. Looks like not articulated at first due to the helmet, but it actually telescopes into a hinged chicken neck that let the head looks up 90 and above. And once the head is lifted, its easy to turn/swivel around. But having the neck too extent will make it look weird. This figure has a lot of hidden double or triple hinges, connected by screws, which helps if certain ones are too tight or loose, letting you adjust them with a screw driver. Though don't expect perfect fit and finish since its no SOCs.

I eventually bought the Orguss too after saving for a long time on candy money...also the same plastic one. These guys on the left. Wish I still have them just for keepsakes.

The head inside the helmet does turn side to side, but not the helmet itself. Can you elaborate? Or show a picture? With the Olson special, for some reason the head wouldn't move the other day when I tested it but it actually does turn the same way Orguss does. So that's good.

Head turns, helmet doesn't. That's what I meant, if it wasn't very clear.

So after getting Kamen Rider Stronger look really cool with the yellow lightning effect, I was looking forward to reproducing it with Super-1 and the blue effect...it doesn't look even half as good: On the plus side, Skyrider & Skyturbo showed up and the return to the more basic type of figure after Super-1 felt like a refreshing change; just a bike, some alternate hands and a really long scarf.

still hunting it along with the other getters, but with the fast releases i cant I really like these. A month ago, I bought the EX Black Getter. I was like, "Holy sh*t! This thing's incredible!". So, I figured I'd better snatch Dragon up - there aren't many on eBay. I read on gokin.it that the Gold Reideen is mostly plastic. FEWTURE might not make any more gokins with this incredible level of diecast content. I figured instead of collecting the DC line I'd focus on EX GOKINS. I'm not disappointed so far.
