It's not a Soul of Chogokin, but the article doesn't actually list who IS making it. Hmmmm. Bears further investigation.

I don't really care who is making it as long as I can get one. Would be awesome if it was an SOC, Yamato, CM's or Aoshima, but it is not really important to me. I would've liked it better at a 10" size so it would look better with the rest of my combiners, but I guess that at 13" it will look perfect with the Toynami MPC Voltron...

Yo, where's his NECK?! ;D The last time I saw anyone without a neck was in elementary school when us kids used to slap each other behind the neck to get that loud Slap sound! ;D So, this will be die-cast? Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice! SchwEEtaLicious! Da Bomb! So Cool I gotta call it El Culo!  I can't wait to see the finished product. Thanks for the heads up! zozo-mag |

I seems likely Chen. This has been in the works for a bit. Just fueling random speculation (ain't it grand? ) ...the earlier announcements were about Most Wanted toy company. Is it still them, under that name? Or, using their manufacturer, but under another credited toy company/design group? Anyway it goes, it looks like a group's labor of love. And yeah, perfect bookend to Toynami's Lion Voltron. |

I'm more worried about how sturdy the toy's going to be if it's made by an unknown company. Also, considering the 60% diecast report to be true, I think a lot of paint chipping is likely when combining.

I don't care if it's die-cast or not. I'm just happy to see some modern take on Vehicle Voltron. And if the prototypes info looks good, then I will support this as my way of giving a great big middle finger to all those who think Lion Voltron is the only Voltron worth marketing.

So, did anyone manage to find out more info about this most awesome figure yet? Is it confirmed that it is the fabled Most Wanted Dairugger XV? How about price or tentative release dates? Nothing? No detectives among us???
