Hey Guys, Please be patient with Dave, he is already under much stress with his regular job(Toyfreaks is his 2nd income), he has to leave his family every week flying back & forth, he already has little to zero time with his own family let alone answer emails regarding a toy that is 2 months from being released.. Just post your questions & I will try to help answer your questions as best I can for Dave.. No need to get frustrated & bash someone for a toy which is still in production, so take it easy people, no one is forcing anyone to order from Toyfreakz if you're not happy then wait for another vendor to carry Dairugger & order from them.. I certainly can understand how hard it is to balance work and family, however we are discussing a relationship between buyer and seller. Life is hard, we all have to make some choices. There are expectations in any relationships such as buyers expecting prompt service, and sellers expecting upfront payment. If we were to tell Dave our personal stories in life would Dave cut off some slack and give us 10% discount on his website? Nothing against Dave or any of the online website, but i just wanna to point out the facts. I, for one, not used to paying full price on a pre-order, but given the fact that this is a Dairugger. |

so much complaining but did you place the order yet and paid him? if you didnt then you are not a serious customer yet, but still give him negative comments in this thread, it is not fair. if you paid him and he doesnt respond, then that is very bad and i would be willing to cancel my order and get my money back if it happened to me. but again if it was my business i would give priority to the paying customers first too if i was him.

so much negetitives on this thread. for one, i am happy with toyfreakz products as i just received my 3rd item that i brought from dave in the pass few months.

Hey Guys, Dave mentioned he has replied to all unanswered emails.. Good news is that this weekend CDX will have a webcast with Dave on Dairugger He hasn't replied to mine. It says "free shipping" when I try to place an order with shipping to Canada. I just wanted to know what service he was planning to use for that. Many sellers on eBay use UPS Ground, which means atrocious brokerage fees on reception and suddenly "free shipping" just got a lot more expensive. Sent my question more than a week ago and I'm still waiting for the answer. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and presume he just skipped it by mistake or his system chose to bug on me. |

Ok!!! I'm sold. I hope they can do The Lion Force. I think Mattel will not have the "rights" long. Heck, we haven't even seen "The Voltron Force" toys out in stores, yet. I don't think there exclusive Lion Voltron looks that good. Though the figures do. Thus, that's my opinion but would love to see this company do the Lion Force Voltron. Here's hoping.
