unfortunately, the pre-order is paid in full and they charged you right away. So you either get it now or wait for other distributor.

one thing i dislike about toyfreakz is that they never update u on the order, meaning they dont send u an email regarding when the product was shipped. also, they dont update your account on their website. if u check the order history, it still has complete order and cancel options available. eventhough, u paid in full.

Hey guys.. Some North America shops will also carry Dairugger.. The MSRP is $250 so that's the base price in terms of shipping well that depends on the vendor, so most likely BBTS will sell for $250 + shipping.. It will also be released in Asia not sure which shops though.. Toyfreakz is run & owned by Dave he has a regular day job along with running his online business so sometimes you might not get super smooth transactions like BBTS which is a dedicated online Toy business,so you can't really compare the two, but rest assured Dave is a Honest, Stand up guy & be grateful because if not for him Dairugger would not be in production..

Ok. I guess that's why it takes a while to get an answer from them (him). Earlier this week I asked him what service he would use if I picked Free Shipping to Canada (the only choice the checkout form gives me, actually). "Free shipping" is not so free if it ships by UPS Ground. (Helloooooo brokerage fees!)

I have full trust in Dave and Toyfreakz.com. Just as much as with BBTS, AmiAmi, HLJ, Angolz, etc... Give Toyfreakz a chance and you will most likely buy again from them. ;D }D

I received an email response from Dave about an inquiry and he seems like a real cool guy and responded quickly. He's even cooler knowing he is making this release possible.

I sent an email requesting info a week ago and nothing. I will not do business if I cannot get a simple answer received.

it sorta reminded me of betatoys, where it used to have the protential but fall short on delivery.. I don't mean delivery as in shipment but rather on its execution of running the business.

That's the great thing about an open forum you can either praise a website and toy or you can slam it too. You have the opportunity to do either and have your voice heard and carry weight.

Obviously I meant you can comment on first hand experience, if a web store gives you great service then praise it and if not you have a place to voice your opinion. Same with toys or whatever, it gives a little more credence when your posting from first hand experience.

Hey Guys,
Please be patient with Dave, he is already under much stress with his regular job(Toyfreaks is his 2nd income), he has to leave his family every week flying back & forth, he already has little to zero time with his own family let alone answer emails regarding a toy that is 2 months from being released.. Just post your questions & I will try to help answer your questions as best I can for Dave.. No need to get frustrated & bash someone for a toy which is still in production, so take it easy people, no one is forcing anyone to order from Toyfreakz if you're not happy then wait for another vendor to carry Dairugger & order from them..

I'm sure people just have questions about shipping to different countries, pre-order payments, quantity purchase discounts, shipping methods, and most likely shipping dates. Yeah, it can get frustrating when you don't get an email reply right away, but with the Dairigger in its production stages, many things can happen that are beyond anyones control - all the way from the factory to the distributors. I know it is a hard thing to do, specially when there is a special item included with the first pre-orders, a but there is no need to get all crazy about it. I would recommend to go ahead and place a pre-order now if possible, and if things don't go the way you expect, then just cancel it

I can understand people being anxious for this figure since it's been 20+ years since the last fully combining Dairugger plus paying up front for a toy which we've only seen some early drawings and prototypes is a big leap of faith. But I say just stay calm, we'll soon get a ton of info plus hopefully it comes out next month so we can share our opinions on it.
