Those getters look good.. as does the hover pildedr Mazinger head. Metal Action Jeeg looks very good. As does its Pantheroid. I hope that Pantheroid will have metal too, the Dynamite Action one was kinda sucky, I've been hearing a lot about snapped ankles.. Haha, I love that Boss Borot I hope they give us lots of accesories to play with.

yeah.. i might agree on some parts.. like details.. but that Z-Mazinger looks too fat for me..
plus other than that..it also lacks diecast and HL-Pro's version had more extras..

I agree with both of you.
HLPro Metaltech def has its signature look im not too fond of. Thier Z Mazinger has really odd face sculp, bizzar proportion and just down right ugly wrist. HLPro really should get another sculptor....as in ASAP.
And ET Z Mazinger is def chunkier then its source material....with yes, zero diecast. And its signiture overpricing. Although Z Mazinger price isnt too bad.
But if i were to choose one, i prob go with ET. Between the two, It looks better.

Tetsujin is up for PO Price 17800 yen Sheesh But, unlike the SRC, this one actually has a release date. Bandai should know that if you snooze, you lose.

May be S Metal was a oneoff or a fluke? Back to all plastic for S line..... Maybe they're just testing the waters.. there's no reason why they should discontinue the regular S line, if the figures sell well. Jeeg, Junior, Pantheroid, Shin Jeeg.. And now, they want to know if they can make it work with diecast figures (really, one of the major complaints the company has received so far from collectors). Well, that's just my theory. If the S Metal Jeeg is a hit, they might make others. Part of me wishes they also made regular-sized figures in metal, but that part of me also wants them to stop using magnets for every darn release, hehe.

This mean Shin Jeeg will be the same size as the old 11 cm. Jeeg , not the S-metal one ?

What are people's overall thoughts on this line? How does the quality compare to other high quality lines like Bandai Chogokin figures? I realize of course that there's no metal content (except for the upcoming special Jeeg). Particularly worried about how well the magnet joints work and such.
