Yeah, no chance. The time-zone difference is the back-breaker. By the time I am online and checking in the morning, the toys are all sold out again. I'll wait for release and hopefully a few spares pop up.

Dont Understand why NY want to open and close their preorders intermittently. If they have sufficient stock, just open the preorder until everything is sold out.

the price gone up in every round - i guess it's their tactic to drive the price up by allocating only limited number each round

It had been rumored that as Nippon Yasan's allotted stock from bandai are sold, they get there additional stock from local toy stores in Tokyo. Depending on the price they get from these local stores, thy mark it up accordingly. Naturally they would go to the stores they have good relations with to get low prices first before reaching out to other higher prices sources. This explains why the preorder is available intermittently and that the price goes up each time.

When I gave him a visit in Tokyo, Massimo from AE explained me that they are ordering through distributors. And they are ruling the offer on stock by proposing a first wave with the cheaper preorder price, then a 2nd (and sometimes 3rd) wave with a higher price.

It's dry out there. Ozma is gone. Alto reissue is gone. YF-30 is gone.
I'd just keep an eye on NY, HLJ, and AA for cancelled stock.
