Lot of reviewers say the 42 is the one to get.
It has more accessories then 43, a repaint of 42.

You still can get 42 for not too bad of a price at Amazon from the third part seller.
I myself am eye balling upcoming HT War Machine....Revision.

On the other hand, the Mark 43 has slightly improved articulation and has more red in the suit. You can't go wrong either way.

That said, if you're only getting one figure, and have the display space, then I would advise you avoid the diecast 1/6 versions and go for the 1/4-scale Mark 43. It is the best Iron Man figure that Hot Toys has released.
