Damn! I was expecting a lighted cockpit and articulated fingers!  It is still a cool figure, but not as cool as I thought it would be. BBTS has not shipped mine yet, nut after watching the video, I sort of lost interest. I may even get rid of it eventually...  }| Pretty much this. I'm glad I passed. Stopped watching the review about halfway through. I will wait for someone to make a superior product. Kinda sad actually. I had high hopes. Really want Bandai to hook us up with some Kaiju in the Monster Arts line. |

If the toy line breaks even we could
probably see some more of the other Jaegers and kaijus
as 18" versions. Time and the market will tell.
Meanwhile, I'm lookin forward to see what
the PR 2 sequel will bring.

They are sold out at Toysrus. I think I purchased the last one last night. I just had to have this huge bot. The details on it are really awesome. Plus it's super sized. Yeah it could have used articulated fingers but I'm ok with it. I want it for the Kiaju killing swords. The price on this thing is almost twice as much in some places. Is this going to be a rare item?

Nice, my order at anime-island originally said expected November 30, then December 20, and now it just says "awaiting fulfillment", so no idea when I'll actually get mine. If/when you decide to open it, please give your thoughts on it.

Just emailed anime-island about my order, now they are saying expected in February. They gave me the option of canceling my order for a full refund, but I am keeping my preorder active for the time being.

Good! I gave my first released versions to my daughter, but did order the new Coyote Tango and Cherno Alpha (not here yet). Maybe this time they will make decently articulated versions of the Crimson Typhoon and Striker Eureka... }D |

I'm still waiting for my 18" Gipsy Danger. Here's what Anime Island told me two days ago: "Diamond got them in about 4 days ago and is sending them to us shortly. We are hoping next week."

Does this come with batteries? I haven't opened mine yet, but if it includes batteries installed, I will open it to remove the batteries for long-term display/storage.
