It's been announced that they will have diecast parts. Youtube reviews of FT-04 Scoria mention diecast parts as well.

Yup they have diecast with Swoop having even more then Slag and come with a stand. I might order one from CP or RK. Also Gigapower announced that their Dinobots will also have diecast and be under $200 too so the War of the Dinobot have started lol.

Fanstoys has proven they can put out good toys but they've only had one release, it was good though. Gigapower LOOKS like they have a good customer relations but they have not released anything so it's still a unknown how their figures are.

yep and they delayed Snarl because of QC : that means they won't drop anything
and offer best quality... Competition is now hard.

my place pre order for fan toy version of scoria is around usd150 include shipping so thinking getting fan toy since the price is still consider acceptable for me. thanks for the advice guy.

You should, half my "MP" collection is 3rd party stuff with most being as good as the official products. I'm leaning towards the Gigapower stuff especially after seeing how big MP Magnus will be. I don't want him to be bigger then the Dinobots.
