Yeah, I don't have the Z-Pro Jeeg (nobody does yet), but by the pics, I also like the CM's better. The CM's is more anime accurate, and that's all that counts in my book.  }D |

CM's capture the old school chubbiness better, and the face is more accurate (the stretched out 45 degree angled eyes). Z-Pro still look quite good, just a bit cleaned up and stylized. The shoulders sit nicer than CM's.

hi all, pardon my stupid question. is this the Dynamite Action no 20. Steel Jeeg? I know the thread title says ZPRO, but from what I see, its the same item.. No this is a different jeeg! The dynamic action jeeg have a similar head to cms brave gokin jeeg's head but it is mostly plastic with better articulation. The zpro have a totally different head sculpt and generally thin limbs with less articulation but with more metal hopefully how about this.. cant seem to find addl info on this one on web.. then tried looking for jeeg posts here at RJ boards.. if its the same mold with just a different name   |

Yes, that is the Z-Pro Jeeg repackaged as the Asian exclusive version being distributed by Action Toys. Hence, the ActionTech promo from a while back.

Haha... I become wise and change a bit about collecting. I was SOC completlist , with all items in double, some in tripple... Now I am selling all double, tripple to keep only single... and suddenly... I miss the Daitarn recolored, The Voltes anniversary, GGG... (cries and tears) Collecting can turn into madness... Big up to Ed and those who changed the habits. For me, it's more interesting in collecting 3rd party toys, too bad it is focusing on Transformers. I am targeting MP line (official and 3rd Party) : interesting to see different proposals on same character... I already worked with some of them and still, it is just a new start guys If I had the money and the space (soon), for sure I will collect a lot. I probably buy all Evolution Toys series, just for the design and having a huge wall of robot in my hypothetical castle... Z-Pro Jeeg is beautiful and I am so tempted to get it... -> that's why I just preordered today a METALTECH 04' GIN GIN ~ ANIME LIMITED EDITION -> Haha nonsense !!! |

I've never been crazy about Black version figures, but that Black version Jeeg there looks Badassiest as heck! The sculpt of this Jeeg's head and face looks nicely formed, and the body looks well proportioned. The sight of this Jeeg (whether it's anime-colored or black) instantly made me watch a few episodes of the classic Jeeg show and I haven't been through that entire series yet cos I understand very little Japanese and I'm not in the mood to Google-Translate an episode right now. Jeeg here looks good to go, and fans will be happy with this.  zozo-mag |

I actually like the look of this Jeeg more than the others I've seen. Simple and well proportioned, and judging from the video, the magnet gimmick seems to be solid. I've ordered the Dynamite 20 Jeeg (the "bigger" one) for my brother. May pick up this one for myself. Don't know much about this company, though, or even where to pick it up. I'll need to do some digging.
