New photo of the mold the nose looks really huge ! Sure does but what do you expect from HLPro,maybe if you email them about it,they will fix it and then tell you it had nothing to do with your suggestion. Sorry I dont care at all for HLPro,in any way, other than the figures sitting in my shelf, and even then it pains me to think about even supporting such people.

TBH i didnt deal with HL Pro before the very first figure i bought from them is the metaltech 05 gattaiger which you know its delayed, so i dont know anything about them but the fact they are bringing Astroganger is great, i think they are trying to be like ET and bring some old Robots ( i know hes no robot im just saying) CMs started this first and ET is continuing what they started how ever HL Pro is very slow on the releases but like i told you before i want this figure to be made no matter how long i waited for it

CM started giving us classic super robots which not many other companies did, and they tried their best (Goshogun, Baldios, Gakeen...). ET right now is making one SR after another, many of them didn't have modern renditions, like Big Dai X, Daikengo, etc.
But this? Sorry HLPro, but why would you even show us prototypes of new projects if you can't even finish the previous ones? Lots of people are still waiting for those Gattaigers and Grendizers, not me fortunately. I probably won't be interested in this one either, not because I don't like the character, but because HLPro is making the figure.

Hello MF im talking about the Astroganger not HL Pro im getting that almost every one hate them because of the delays and announcing alot of projects but doing little, if we look at it this might be the only figure available for Astroganger i really love this character and i cant do any thing if only HL Pro going to do one im sure that i will wait alot for it but better have something that nothing CMs did an amazing job with Goshogun and Gakeen they are one of their kind no one else did a Gakeen before and theres a Goshogun other than the CMs but its just not comparable to the CMs but for some how they are out of business i dont know why is it because their Grendizer was poorly made, they maybe gone but not forgotten ET is continuing what CMs started the only thing i hate about their releases is the lack of die-cast and the magnetic joints its good for articulation but after a while my Gakeen cant stand right however i will still get atleast two figures from them why because i just love Albegas and Big Dai X and ET is the only one who made them alive in a modern version Same case with HL Pro TBH i didnt have any product they produced before, still some collectors love their Grendizer some how, but if you look at Gattaiger (notice i said look lol) in my opinion from the picture its look decent and similar to the look and the articulation of SOCs but sadly we cant make sure because we dont have him yet how ever its the only Gattaiger we have at this moment back to Astroganger i know by now its going to get delayed and i know the one i want wont be the first release this one according to them is vinyl so maybe one day we will see a metaltech Astroganger

Which makes it not that special, at the end of the day. Also, ET. Evolution Toys, I don't mind if their toys are lightweight. I hate the fact that they're all 17 cm tall. All of them. And I know why that is, it's because they have magnetic spheres of just one size, and they must make their figures 17 cm tall or else their joints wouldn't work properly anymore. That's how you end up with a Jeeg that is as tall as Daikengo. But enough with this OT, the point here is, we've seen a prototype. Not really, we've seen half prototype. So expect this figure to come out in 2145.

That clip was really cool. Just a thought:
Anyone think that megaman/rockman looks similar to the astrgainger kid in his helmet and uniform?
I mean as far as the design and style goes of the characters/suits go when they are armored up? And you could pretend that megaman's arm cannon is influenced by the medallion that shoots the signal from the kid's right hand.

That foot/armor sound effect was the first thing I noticed when I watched that video. By the look of the boy's facial features I have no doubt Astrogangar is by Tatsunoko, the same company who created Go Mach Go and Gatchaman, among others. I was also watching the Arab-dub version of Astroganger, "Jongar"..... "Jooooooooon-gaaarrrrrrrrr!" The sound of the Arabic name brings to my mind a vision of a wild fat Samoan caveman wrestler with the ShoNuff hairdo and a bone through his nose running through the supermarket aisles conquering all the cougars, and victoriously beating his chest and shouting " Jooooooooon-gaaarrrrrrrrr!" zozo-mag

I looked it up, you're right, it's produced by Knack Productions. That kid looks like a young Speed Racer, same eyes hairdo and face like Speed's; that's why I thought Tatsunoko was the producer. So, now that I've read some wiki info on Astroganger I realize the sentient robot has no special abilities other than brute strength and flight. Interesting, the kid's mom is from another planet- her homeworld was destroyed by an alien enemy force; and so she crashed to Earth and hooked up with a doctor and together they boinked out this human kid who has the ability to summon Astroganger and merge with him for battle. Some of the enemy mechs look so simple but Cool! The Astroganger series is 26 episodes. I'll keep my eyes open in case it's being streamed anywhere online so's I can watch it. zozo-mag

A good example of that is the giant rocket-robot Goldar (Ambassador Magma Tashi) from the '60s TV series "The Space Giants", who spoke in a calm voice to his child friend who summoned him with a whistle whenever an alien monster appeared. ...for everyone else in TV broadcast production in other countries, of course they would dub the hero with a dramatic voice to convey the dynamics of the hero character. It just goes with the territory of playing the role, for whoever is doing the voice-over acting. zozo-mag

If a S.H. Figuarts or RAH figure of Goldar ever comes out, I will buy it in an instance! Good childhood memories from that show.

I haven't seen to many modern Goldar articulated figures, or I haven't searched intensely for one. However, I have seen a few vintage figures. The closest modern (2014) rendition I've seen is a X-PLUS Ltd re-issue AMBASSADOR MAGMA TAISHI vinyl fixed figure that looks very well-sculpted just as it appears in the TV show, standing 9" tall... eBay has it listed as a BIN fetching close to $400, located in Hong Kong. I've tried to find the series, and it's whoppin HUGE on DVD. There are some contemporary re-makes in anime format, but I haven't watched them. Sorry, I didn't mean to stray off-topic. zozo-mag
