since i didnt see a thread on this headline capturing line from my beloved sentinel, i thought i make a dedicated thread.
upcoming figures that interest me in particular are the war machine and the comic origin hulkbuster.
they both contain diecast. The war machine is due on Oct and is on preo at AE for around $170.
the war machine looks brutal.

Yeah, Veronica (i.e. Hulkbustuer) looks very cool...but, I'm already bending over for the Figuarts version. Man, these toy-makers are just sucking me dry.
When most normal people retire, they have their mutual funds, investment savings, and pensions. What do I have? Robots and action figures. Lovely.

yeah, im debating big time, between this, SHF, and the King Toys one...
whichever gives me more for the money i guess. im gonna guess sentinel Veronica is going to cost nearly as much as SHF movie hulkbuster
but they both chinzed out on diecast so.. I like Kings toys version but man im not ready to drop 600 on a figure..
thoiugh i did throw out my toy budget out the window this year

Then, I got shipment notice from Amazon that the GFFN FIX RX-78 re-release is incoming. At the same time, NY has sent me an invoice for the DX Chogokin VF-171EX Nightmare Plus EX. I just put in the preorder for both the MakeToys Guardia components at $65USD each... This does not account for the other preorders I have including the Metal Build Astray, FansToys preorders (Dinobots and Insecticons) and the Figuarts Hulkbuster (Veronica). Oh right, also the Masterpiece Tracks and Road Rage. Sigh. And if money was NO object, I'd be all over the Arcadia-issued Macross Valks, Hot Toys Iron Man toys, and these Sentinel toys including the Meta Dancougar. GAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH... *passes out* |

So for those on the fence about these figures all I can say is GET THEM!!!! If you want some comic book designs of Iron man these are the figures to get. Bleeding edge is an interesting figure with fantastic engineering on the joints, but is all plastic. However, the extremis armor has some diecast and is just as good as the bleeding edge, but heavier. I almost want to buy all of them from the line, but I think the price on Hulkbuster will make me cry or wreck my anus.

i hope i like it as much all the raving reviews. molemans post cemented the deal.
bbts has him for 200 excuding shipping, so around 210 total?

Excellent. War Machine should be a sweet release. I kind of wish WM's design was more comic based instead of movie based, but you can't have an iron man display without him. And hey the Extremis armor is still in stock at most places go get him too! |

just checked out Sentinel comic book Hulkbuster at Taghobby and collection DX.
at around at $300 , this is the comic hulkbuster to get if you want the most articulated version of ANY hulkbusters.....
If you want diecast, King Arts still the king haha, but that clocks in at whopping $600 average.
at $300 just around $100 more then regular sized re edit iron man, this thing will sellout like no tommorow.....within minutes
decisions decisions....

im still debating between Sentinel and King Arts...urrghh
If King Arts was 450 there wouldnt b a contest but at over 600 total, its scaring me to no end. just not comfortable droping over half a G on a toy...not yet anyway.
