With summer convention exclusive Modular War Machine. nice, glad you were able to hunt down one of those special War Machines. I'm a bit confused. It's just a review sample.

awesome pics and review as always, This Modular mold definitely fits more for War machine than Iron man. I wish they added some digital camo or like what they did with sahelanthropus.

Much appreciated. I don't really think stuff like camo would wprk since the line revolves around canon decos but I'd like to see it regardless. Even that hot toys hotrod flame deco would be cool.

I think the only sort of Cammo look you would get out of a stylized comic based design would be the Stealth Armor. Which in some versions is a sort of black shadow cammo ish sort of thing.
Given that Sentinel is clearly licensing from Marvel Comics versions, I wonder if they would be able to do any "non Iron Man" armors from the Iron Man books? A Crimson Dynamo or Titanium Man done by them would be a scream.

Given that Sentinel is clearly licensing from Marvel Comics versions... Was their New Century Iron Man from the comics?

Given that Sentinel is clearly licensing from Marvel Comics versions... Was their New Century Iron Man from the comics? I think that one is a sort of stylized composite of a few armors from right around the turn of the century. Sort of just before and just after the Extremis suit. I can spot design elements from these ones. But there probably isn't a perfect match. Between the late 90's and Extremis the book changed hands a lot and the armor designs changed week to week. The look really didn't stabilize again until they relaunched the title and put him in the Bleeding Edge suit. Model 20, which I think it shares the most with marvel.wikia.com/wiki/File:Iron_Man_Armor_Model_20.jpgand Model 30 seem to be the closest, with some other elements from the span between them. marvel.wikia.com/wiki/File:Iron_Man_Armor_Model_30.jpgIt also seems to be invoking the 1999 suit from when Marvel got the characters back from Liefeld and company. The Model 16 (Thankfully Sen-ti-nel skipped the cheesy 90's neon) marvel.wikia.com/wiki/File:Iron_Man_Armor_Model_16.jpgI would view the Sen-Ti-Nel New Century suit as a sort of stylized composite of comics Iron Man from late 1998'ish to about 2006 or 07, excepting the Extremis suit.

It was a rhetorical question; new century is the mark 46 from the movies.
