Okay... I guess the new pics are lessening the slight disappointment with I have with the combined mode. I have just begun to realize that the torso is a bit too small, the head a bit too big, and the arms are definitely too long. Looks different from their own lineart too |

The UW Devastator looks better proportioned IMO. |

Ouch! Kinda proves the reputation that if one does venture into the 3rd-party world, only MakeToys, Mastermind Creations, FansProject, and FansToys are the safest and best overall in quality. The rest are kinda caveat emptor...

I guess it's also a question of customer care offered by Toyworld... Maybe Kapow Toys asked Toyworld to make a move toward customers and the response was not the one they need :/ Glad I didn't PO yet... I will wait for good news instead. If not, let's bring a real MP Devastator ! (this is pure fiction and not related to any of my works in progress) |

It's not the first time Kapow toys is doing this. I wouldn't trust them that much though cause they have other agendas. Like if they don't get the products first or when the suppliers don't provide them with better deals and higher discounts. They don't have a good relationship with a lot of 3rd party companies. It's pretty clear to me that they don't want to deal with returns and offer to ship replacement parts.

Kapow never listed the TW Constructicons in the first place and the statement says if you SPECIAL order them, so pretty much they bought only a couple cases and wanted first class treatment.

If these are made by the real Toyworld people, then they are aware about the issues and are looking for a way to help us resolve it. The broken English seems valid enough.
