********************* RJ Summit this Saturday, January 30th at 12 PM to 6PM at 620 1st Ave South at Studio 620! Bring toys and cash for an exhibition, trade, and selling event. We plan on going out to dinner afterwards and visiting a new store in the area. We used to have RJ ones down in Florida. Its been a while, though, since we last had one. I will speak to Ed and see if he's interested in doing another. Let's also try to gauge interest on the board in attending one so far south. Its always a good excuse to escape the cold, though.  |

Because the one like Myles is talking about is more of a party/casual get together, not a public event/mini convention. They're not huge in size.

why doesn't the south and the north east just meet in the mid atlantic? Also because we had someone offering up their home down here. If there is someone in that region willing to do the same, then certainly something can be planned. But unless someone hosts and shows off their collection, you are basically counting on people bringing a lot of stuff across several states to make it worthwhile. If I had room to host people, I would offer to do the same. |

I'm in Orlando / Lakeland / Tampa area November 18-23 and January 19-31 as of right now. More dates to come, because I can't get enough of Bolts hockey!

Mike, make it happen. I'm sure you can find an excuse to escape the cold. joweone, would you come down too? I also know a mega modern vinyl collector about an hour outside of Tampa. I might be able to work out a side trip on another day for a very small group (one or two). |
