Well we are doing great on RSVPs. -Exciting.
Let's plan on Jan 30th from 1PM to ?? . If it goes like other years, we can go out for dinner afterwards the oogling.
Then we can plan on a buy/sell/trade table. Should be fun!

Any chance we can move this to February 13th instead? (Although its the day before Valentine's Day.) I have to be there then, and I'd hate to have to make the trip twice in such a short time. The drive is a killer! But if not, then I can do it.

Oh how I wish I could. Travel plans are on hold a bit , these home renovation plans are killing me, new hoop to jump through every day with permits and reviews and architects..Been one delay after another and thats just trying to get started.
Sure does sound like a good weekend getaway though.I'm long overdue a robot collecting related trip. Hopefully this spring and summer things get back on track around here.

There may be a new store opening with Japanese related goods in St. Pete. So I may host at my home or possibly at this new location. Good stuff.

Local things to do: 70 minutes from Disney, Sea World, MGM Studios, Orlando craziness. 15 minutes from Tampa International Airport (Uber taxi it) 15 minutes from Downtown St. Pete Salvador Dali Museum Modern Art Chillhulli art glass Beer Hofbrauhaus! about 8 boutique breweries 15 minutes from Clearwater Beach 15 minutes from Ft. Desoto Beach/Nat'l park Clubs 25 minutes from Ybor City food/nightlife Football Sailing, boating etc. Then THE RJ SUMMIT!  Ed |

Jon, if you are making an east coast stop again, you best be stopping by to be barked at by my dogs. Oh, and to check out my shtuff.
The Dali museum should not be missed! I have not been to it since it relocated, but I'm sure all the old artwork is still there, if not for new stuff too. You will not believe the size of some of these pieces, and to see some of the most famous works of his in person is a life changing moment. Chihulli stuff is also amazing (he is a blown glass artist) - I've seen several exhibits in my neck of the woods when he takes over the Fairchilds Gardens in Miami.

Don't count me out, I'm looking at travel plans now as well. I may come with collection pictures instead of actual toys though, may just be easier for me to travel lightly at that time of year.

Saturday night I am heading over to Ybor city to go to the Castle too. Really chill goth club. And an entire mini town of other clubs and bars. A Comedy club too!
