Wait... does this mean that my version is bootleg now? LOL that's an excellent question is the price of the 1st release going to sky rocket or is it going to be dirt cheap ? keeping in mind it was and still rare and hard to get im super happy with my kob. i cant see anything that mak s me want to buy this also. they're both really great looking but im pretty sure i wont need both. that was my point but the face improvement is irresistible  lets see the final product |

Now if only WEP could come to similar agreement with Miracle Metals. It does make me wonder if WEP is starting to rattle ToyNotMe's cage a bit. Sort of a "see! This is what we want! Not recycled decades old crap!" Discussion.

is there a reason why people arent saying too na mi's name? I noticed a few peopke either misspelling it or changing it. are they evil like voldemortt and cannot be named? help me out guys.

I still see KOBs that are being sold with slashed prices. wjth this release.. expect it to go down even further.. |

sweet!!! What are the changes? For some reason I'm liking this one a lot more than KOB, but since I never bought the KOB I am not familiar with it.
Edit:
Just realized that a pic of the old version is also on first post. Here are the changes I'm able to tell:
1. head sculpt is improved
2. chest has more red, and generally looks more accurate
3. waist has belt detail next to star
4. added numbering
5. more red paint on both the legs
6. updated shield (no swiss watch!)
7. updated sword (esp. the handle)
anything else?

Wow this looks incredible! I really hope they make more updates to the figure especially to the red and green lions biceps(make a swivel joint in the biceps so voltron is able to hold the sword with both hands). This may be the closest to anime accurate we get.

Hong Kong dollars that's mean this black version will cost about $194 USD which is a $100 less than the 1st version price  if that's true that's could mean the regular version will cost less than that ? |

wow, the dark one looks pretty awesome. Perhaps even more so than the regular one.....
The $1500 is for membership with BU toys. You get dark Voltron for being a member.
