Can’t resist Gorg. Voltron might be a pass. It looks fine but I think I may be at a saturation point with Voltron at the moment. I just finished Zambot. It’s a rather bothersome amount parts swapping but is very nice and the combined bot has some excellent articulation. Unlike the SOC this even has movable hip skirts and can get at least 100 degree forward bend at the hips. Really fun to pose. I got zambot in my recent Japan trip and am slowly putting him together. Pretty fun build and nice looking even without paint! It’ll look gorgeous with the right paint but I don’t have the time or the skill for that right now. 😛  |

Done putting him together. It’s articulation does put the SOC to shame. Severe parts forming involves a mountain of leftover parts. Nevertheless, this gives me a glimpse of what the full action zambot might look like. I think this will be at least bigger than the Voltes FA since it’s a whole head taller than DC Maz. Fun figure! He looks good and can make dynamic poses.    |

Got my order in at HLJ. I'm really liking this more the more I look at it. Even the black lion's little head doesn't bother me so much.
I'd like to see what he looks like in combined mode with all of those beefy lion legs attached, probably pretty funny.
