Yes a lot in the past. I bought my Grendizer directly from them. We emailed back and forth.

At first, we had trouble with price, they fixed it fast.

When it was time to pay, they loose track of my deposit. I sent them through mail a copy of my email confirmation, they fixed the price same day for me.

Also they use an obscure shipping company (at least for Canada) and package was lost/delayed. I sent them an email and they did the follow up. Might be related that this company might not have an office here in Canada.

I was able to communicate in English no problem
