SN Wing Zero is still coming out under different name so doesnt matter Is this what you're referring to? http://instagram.com/p/BrR7GZfA2iK The main wings are definitely copied from the GFFMC W0 but the body isn't. Probably the moving parts of the Zero Burst Mode was too complicated to replicate for the kit? I wonder if it can transform into the neo bird mode as well.

Pretty sure it doesn't do neo bird otherwise it would be in the promo image.

The body is also based on the GFFMC version.

The 3rd party market around transformers is crazy successful and operating completely in the open. And most 3rd party companies are making better versions of the figures too. Not sure how these companies are operating They're operating because Hasbro/Takara have done the math and realized that the few extra sales they would maybe get from wiping out third party companies wouldn't be worth the apocalyptic backlash they would get from their fanbase.

The body is also based on the GFFMC version. No it isn't. The body is wider and angles/details are different.

I don't care if the proportions have been modified. Cosmetically it's using the GFFMC design for both the wings and the body.

The wings and drei zwergs are definitely from the GFFMC. The body seems to draw more inspiration from the Hi-Res, especially the legs and the armor splits, but with tweaked skinnier proportions overall. The shoulders are the weirder parts for me; they are more closer to the Hi-Res, but take their own modified shapes...and there is a bit lack of detail on the undersides that I think both the GFFMC and Hi-Res did better with. It's also missing the shield, so no it does not transform. Am still thinking of getting it for the lolz and the Drei Zwergs in particular, at 1/100 scale that's not a bad price. The 3rd party Drei Zwerg option parts you can get is like 15-17 USD for 3.

i saw the review. I think it looks somewhat off especially the chest torso area and the head looks pressed down or squished. The promo picture definitely looks better than the real thing imo. Pretty sure ppl have seem this review by now, but here you go! p.s. be nice to each other

Would be nice if they had included a torso lock to counter the weight of the wings.

This morning Gundam Central had a listing for the DM Blue Frame kit that was going to come out before DM was shut down. The page is gone now, so either someone jumped the gun or there was a small # of units available and they sold out.

This guy spent a LOT of time on his video of this kit. Cool review + stop motion! Thanks for sharing this! I wonder how this guy's waist is much more sturdier compare to the other Chinese guy's review. The previous review video said the waist was very weak and it's back heavy, so it's tilting backwards. The review from this guy doesn't seem to have this problem as seem at 2:55

It could just be a per kit issue. Plus it's easy enough to do something to tighten the joints if needed. His does have the same issue the arms dealing with the weight of the guns though. It seems like a great looking kit over all, and the torso joint can be dealt with, and it's way better than the Hi-Res kit, which is extremely disappointing. I may get it just to see the differences are between it, the Hi Res and the GFFMC.

So it would seem a few cases of the DM Blue Frame recently made it into the retail pipeline and at least Gundam Central and SamuelDecal had some to sell. Needless to say they were snatched up instantly. I should receive my DM Blue Frame this week. In the meantime, Prime92 received it last week and did an unboxing over the weekend.

Heh, there was a second round on New Gundam Central. It was posted on their Facebook group and gone in less than an hour. Oh well that's PG territory, not worth it regardless of how rare it is IMO.

I'd say it's p-Bandai territory and a LOT better than the $200 - 400 it was going for whenever the occasional kit would show up on ebay 😁
