Probably making sure QC is fine, or maybe simply release schedule. Maybe something is out in Japan at the same time and may interfere with the launch.

I’m really getting excited for this piece! Do we have any updates on US release date?

I’m really getting excited for this piece! Do we have any updates on US release date? Retail listings will keep the most accurate date. Just check your preorder. If I had to make a guess, it's not releasing overseas until literally the last day of the month which I consider may so U.S. retailers then wouldn't be until end of May or June.

It's smaller than I thought. I've seen multiple people say this... it's a reshelled Mazinkaiser (I could tell from the arms, hips, yadda yadda) so I guess I figured it'd be same size but something must give off a larger feel... maybe the Spazer? One thing that did catch me off guard was the actual LED in the chest.

I don't own the Sentinel Mazinkaiser so that comparative didn't do much for me but against that FA Daimos which I do own gave me a reference point. I'm guessing all the promo shots made it look larger than life which is praise for their advertising department and just amount of added detail gives that larger feeling and like you said when you get the Spazer in there you do get a lot of "stuff" Anyways I ordered two full sets and it should be released sometime soon I hope.

holly... this is really small !! that is why I hate sentienel products. they are waaaaay overpriced for what they are. I pre ordered this and now I think I am regretting getting it. let's see how I feel when it is in my hand.

Definitely. Between the angles and the lighting, the promo shots definitely give off a much more imposing and dynamic look than the in-hand shots I've been seeing. These are on their way to retailers now so honestly the latest we'll be seeing invoices/shipments is next week.

If I had to guess, I'd say he is on the small side to fit him in the Spazer and have all the gimmicks work. If he was the same size as Mazinkaiser that spazer would be pretty large and drive up the cost more. Looking forward to watching the reviews on this one.

I think Grendizer is smaller. Its about the same size as the SOC FAs, which are about 7 inches tall. Kaiser is more like 7.5 - 8 inches. As you can see here, with the stand, Grendy is still a tad shorter than Kaiser (though legs are spread wide). And Shin Getter is even taller than Kaiser. Though I think they look good enough together scale-wise.

Again, it is STUPID to me when toymakers do not pay attention to the official mecha specs! I informed Sentinel about this when their Riobot Grendizer was still a prototype, but... sigh!Just leave some millimeters between each one according to their official heights, I'm not askin' for meters.

I went by frame used and didn't think to look st the meaurements even I posted in my own review for Mazinkaiser which is 8.25" making it significantly taller... dang.

Very impressive. Now that I watched the video, it doesn't look small anymore. Actually quite massive with the Spacer. They said its quite hefty too with Spacer having some diecast. And I no longer worried about the long neck, which is a telescoping double joint, just that people sometimes forgot to push it back down. Think this is the first Grendizer figure that got me excited, since the original GX-04.
