Oh wtf its pretty accurate to the line art so the shoulder width is so small... he looks really weird from the front in an idle pose...

The good thing... it perfect to pose againts gypsy danger. The bad: too tall to be next to the riobot Eva mecha Godzilla I became obsessed with size sometimes...

A member of my Community received his. He shared some cool photos and it looks great. He did offer this warning, along with a pic of the area of concern: "Attention! Ankle armor is easy to break ..." Here's a link for anyone who is interested: plus.google.com/+KGare/posts/ePhkWg13hin

At 22cm what is the scale on this thing?

At 22cm what is the scale on this thing? It's hard to say because there is no official data on evas height. Based on SRW it's 40mts. So it will be around 1/200 (1/181 exactly).

No. The pallet rifle is the size of a medium skyscraper, and the shells from that gun are bigger than a sedan. "Based on production sketches from Evangelion 1.0 Complete Records Collection, the Evas are 75 meters tall; this presumably applies to the humanoid angels as well." en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Evangelion_(mecha)

160 meters or 200+ meters depending on TV series or Rebuild series. Either way, very massive. So more like 1/100.

The only data was on the SWR games (I searched it years ago so may be that changed, there where also many assumptions but no number) leave another chart goo.gl/images/FGmdWw

goo.gl/images/UDtHv1This chart is from original source material for Evangelion 1.0 (Evangelion 1.0 Complete Records). I know it's not the same as the anime necessarily, but the evas look the same size in 1.0 as they did in the anime (size wise) to me. It's hard to argue with the source material.

In the show, the evas had a "fluid" size, which varied depending on the situation. In the rebuilds, however, their official height is at 80m. In any case, I've been looking for another eva figure, and I gotta say this ain't it. I just don't like the stylized look of it. I've always been a great fan of the rebuild look over the rest (although my favorite eva 01 design is the Shinkalion 500 type eva, ironically) so I think I'll wait for the mafex and when reviews are up I'll decide if like it enough to get it
