Hlj charged me for this and is shipping. Surprisingly robotoybase shipped as well and pretty quickly. Excited for this to finally come out after all these years.

Mine came in today and I seriously don't think we are going to get a Baldios figure as good as this one for a long long time. Joints are tight and I mean tight. Transformation is tough and tricky but the main reason for this and IMHO this is a major flaw from pose+ but in order to get the instructions to transform into Baldios or the 3 ships you have to scan the qr code on the back of the booklet ofthe booklet. The instructions themselves don't have the guide on how to transform. I'm worried about future releases doing this however. Luckily YouTube pose+ channel had the video how to transform. Other then that, this thing is amazing and glad to final have it.

And it is just weird to not have instructions to come with a transforming toy. Even a $10 TF comes with a sheet. |

That's unfortunately a consequence of trying to pull an impossible transformation while also giving us a fully painted figure. You see this a lot with Masterpiece transformers, both official and third party. |

But I can't return this to Amiami, and I'm likely to incur a loss if I resell it right now. I am wondering if Pose+ Sasuraiger will also have the same issues, as I'm wishing I did not preorder that as well until knowing how the final released piece's QC is. As soon as MP-36 Megatron had confirmations of paint chipping when it was released, the moment I received my preorder in the mail, I listed it on eBay, repackaged it, and it was resold within 3 hours of me receiving it in the mail that same day. Years later I would get the IT-01 Infinite Transformation Emperor of Destruction (KO MP-36 Megatron) which was actually superior in QC vs the Takara version and had no paint chipping risks. |

DHL was pretty quick. 3 days total. Just transformed him now and I didn’t notice any chipping. Well, I was very careful since I am aware beforehand. 😜 I want to say that the chipping would probably be from the thicker paint of some parts if ever. I have the MP-36 Megatron and chipping on that is inevitable because of all the painted moving parts. Anyways, this blows away the CM’s version which I have. I’ll see if I can post some side by side pics with it along with some other SOC bots like another member requested. |

I think I won't bother transforming mine. It's not like you end up with impressive looking vehicle as a reward, that's just a block with fins and a nose cone attached.

I think I won't bother transforming mine. It's not like you end up with impressive looking vehicle as a reward, that's just a block with fins and a nose cone attached. I know the vehicle modes aren’t that great looking. Pretty ugly to be honest. What I do love is the origami like transformation especially the legs and how two totally different vehicles become symmetrical. 😜 As a collector, I’ve always been particular to “Gattai” robots. Come on! Half the fun is transforming our bots! |
