Put the wings in the freezer and use a hair dryer to soften the plastic before getting the drill.

I fixed mine with a hair dryer and oil. Just keep on using the dryer til you get to insert the wings to the backpack.

Yeah a little lube usually works on pretty much anything.

I did an unboxing video on a pre production Shin Getter 1 by Moshow Toys X Carbotix Blitzway. Its a good quality toy that's heavy on the diecast and has nice light up features. Mine did not come with batteries.
