this figure is going from nice to have to a must have with each promo picture they release even tho im not attached to the robot or watched the anime but looks really cool im sure for some this might be the Danguard Ace to have

So it'll need support in Satellizer mode. On the plus side that means decent diecast in the legs area. Ohh.. good catch. Good to hear the Satellizer will have lots of diecast in the legs. I'm really excited to see how it goes for this one. The SRP and size are things that will bring folks in. EDIT: I just saw the diecast content image. Awww... no diecast in the legs, just in the feet. Preorders are up on bbts, robotoybase. Show store is sold out but it’s sister company Gundamit has it. I preordered there.

That's too bad that it needs support in Satellizer mode. To me, it makes it more of a show/display piece than an action play toy.

The other option is to make those exaggerated landing gears like the SOC version that is not anime accurate. Same issue with Raideen toys. But I think for most people it's a non-issue because it will be displayed in robot mode.

1. Is this out yet? Or in preorder? Seems unclear atm.
2. If yes, what are your thoughts on it?
3. Who is a reputable seller of this action figure? And are there any in US or mostly overseas?
4. Long shipping times?

It is out in Hong Kong/China a couple weeks ago, but most shops outside may not have it yet. You tend to get better price from Chinese shops due to King Arts is HK based and get local supplies. But I don't have specific shop recommendation (I shop around based on price and shop reputation, varies each purchase on Chinese releases). Others maybe able to chime in. |

Here is a video review from ToysTV:
The reviewers comments was pretty positive (watched this couple weeks ago) There is some difference from previous Kings Arts release. The internal panel gimmick is limited but works better as the manufacturer had to account for the transformation gimmick. You will need to use a clear plastic stand to support the back when it is the space ship mode.

Wow! Just had sometime before sleep to play around with this.
It’s been awhile since I opened a new chogokin. So I enjoyed it.
First of all my box came crushed on one side from ShowZstore.
Product didn’t appear damage though. Good luck to others on this.
Robot was already assembled you just had to add panels to it.
Diecast is in part of feet, thigh and bicep area not including the removal panels.
I didn’t have LED to test batteries didn’t come with it.
I felt it was lacking accessories like other King Arts from past.
Wouldn’t mind have an extra pair of Cosmo arrows.
I didn’t get chance to vehicle mode too busy admiring combined mode.
Panels don’t come off which is nice. Overall Articulation is good.
The upper torso could come off little easy if you don’t have locking mechanism engaged right. I thought mine had ab crunch until legs almost fell off. Good I was sitting on rug. 😝
Pleasantly Surprised on height of this one. Fits in relatively well with my DX but Danguard is big combined mecha.

Finally got my Danguard Ace from supreme collector. It has some heft. Maybe will post picture comparison of Chogokin, Popy, Yamato GN-U and Kings Arts.
Look bigger and better than the yamato version but not heavier.
