Man, these look amazing. I'm kinda curious now if they'll still bother releasing the SOC Shin Getter, since it looks ridiculously sub-par compared to these ones. Gold The SOC is a literal anime interpretation, and many people prefer that. |

Gold The SOC is a literal anime interpretation, and many people prefer that. While the Metal Build is the interpretation of a body builder Shin with Yakuza tattoos.  While I dislike the design, I do find the head sculpt, the chest shapes, and particularly the arm articulations well made. Looks like they implemented extra joints in unconventional places to give the arm a lot more movement and fluid curves. It is the paneling details all over its body that I have a big issue of, which I find not matching the body shapes of Shin. Nor do I like the wings or weapons. But Shin's big shapes/silhouette and articulation design is cool and interesting, IMHO. |

Gold TBH with you Gold , I wish they'd ditch the SOC Shin Getter (Armageddon) & either replace it with Neo vs Shin or Manga version as it stand the SOC revealed looks like an upsized SRC Shin Getter. And on a Side note I really with they'd make Getters 2 & 3 to Complement Getter 1 .

Yup, having Shin Getter 2 & 3 would be the only appeal to me to ever buy the SOC Shin 1. No 2 & 3? No deal. |

Most likely happens in SOC, since their entry price is lower, has the track record of releasing 2 & 3 on previous Getter teams, and Bandai has deeper pockets to take the hit if 2 & 3 ended up being financial losses, just so they can look good on their SOC lineup. Sentinel probably won't risk it. If Bandai wants to gain more traction and sales on the SOC Shin Getter, this would be it. (fingers crossed) |

thing is guy Getter 2 and 3 are not as popular as Getter 1 especially in the Shin Getter
for me personally im done with Getter's for a while lol

Yeah, I hear that, but I do wish they sculpted the SOC Shin Getter to be a bit more interesting, the painted prototype is so dull and lackluster, it looks inferior to the old SRC Shin. Yeah, the SOC Shin Getter prototype looked like it was made by an amateur toy company. Put it next to more recent offerings by new players like CCS Toys, and it looks really bad. Yeah, I wish they would make the Getter 2 and 3 too, getting all 3 finally in gokin form would really be awesome, even if the tooling and paint were less than stellar. Gold |

Though i love Getters i think is already too much releases in so short period of time, i pre ordered the Sentinel Shin Getter Dragon and the Black shin getter is on its way atm Well I'm one of the Few who can never get enough of Getter Robo & it's Variants (Except for Hien / High) , Same with Mazinger & it's upgrades (wish we'd get more Banpresto Kaiser tbh) I love that design , same with Special Kaiser but that version was a one & done deal Mech. |

This one got honeycomb on the shoulders, elbows, chest, thighs, toes... Heck, it even got it at the crotch!  Neat concept hiding Getter 3's arms inside the lower leg. |

I was iffy on this deign at first but it's growing on me a lot. Probably won't get it (waiting on the SoC) but I guess we'll see. Depending on size and price I might just go for it over the SoC

If they make him larger like the Hi Nu Gundam, probably 350ish. I'm kind of hoping he's in the same size range as Pose+ or CCS. |
