You have to lift up the shoulder first to get the gun's pegs in the holes IIRC. I personally like the look better when it holds it without the pegs in the holes though.

Yet another person sees the light. Bill Oh don't get me wrong, I'm so happy that I bought Zambot that I wouldn't get rid of him for any reason. But I just wish the posability of Dancouga was transfered to Zambot. Of all the combiner SOC's released, Zambot is the one who should have had the most posability.

I like all SoC's and own em all. (Well, not all....but 99%). Agreed, I am keeping the Zambot, but it is probably my least favorite SoC to date (tied with Combattler.)

Ah, the ongoing Zambot vs Zoobot controversy. It's really quite simple. A masterfully designed, brilliantly colored team of super vehicles that combine old-school style to form the quintessential super robot, paired off against corny, dull gray lions and tigers and bears oh my cats and bats and elephants. Someone call the pound- or maybe Steve Irwin. JWM

Actually Zambot requires more parts added and subtracted in the transformation process then the Dancouga does. And I agree with your complaint...despite that, Dancouga rules. Zambot is great too, but it is one of my least favorite SoCs. Bill Actually, there's only one part on the Z3 that needs to be added/removed. It's the replacement back/tread in Zambull mode. The piece that becomes the weapon display when Z3 is in combined mode. The back piece that attaches to the Zambase comes with the transformation, so it's not considered a separate piece that you need to add or remove in order to make the gattai complete.
