It would be nice, if ever they make Daimos to be as articulate as that Eva.

I like it. It's neat they started w/ EVA 1 first since it's design is very organic.I wonder if this line will expand to Sentai Robo, that way the robo can be depicted as being suit like w/ a human body frame.

The prototype doesn't suggest that it will have much gokin in it. Besides, the SOC eva can do the kneeling pose already!

I think the robot's name(on the first page) is SPT(Super Powered Tracer)Layzner More about it here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Layznerafter reading about it I'm surprised Bandai decided to dig this one out to make into a toy. I guess they wanted to revive the series. BTW, after looking at the images Bizzio posted, I wonder what's up with that EVA-01's gray chestpiece? I hope that' not the only part that's going to be diecast. Gold

This is still a prototype and they're usually made out of resin or some toher type of material. I'm not sure if this material used for the Spec Eva prototype is clay, but it's sure not resin nor die-cast.

That SPT Layzner looks great. I'll be happy if the MMM GQ Gundam line gets a few more additions as well.

Nice pic Bizzio BTW for those who missed it, the colored pic of EVA on the lower left is just a Gashapon I think(or is it a model kit? Price listed is only 300Yen at 10.5CM, no diecast) the SOC Spec EVA is the one on the lower right(no paint yet) and stands 18CM tall, a little over 7 inches. Hmm, making it more or less as tall or slightly taller than the SOC? Gold

I was wondering if the pics posted were for the bandaĆ spec soc or the Kotobukiya action figure, the koto is 5600 yens and that is the almost the same price on the pictures... are you sure this is the Bandai spec soc version ? that is my question, looks like the kotobukiya to me, but I may be wrong ?... don't see the diecast parts on the pics from mannyD ? the koto : www.hlj.com/product/KBYAM-01
