Recca's impressions part 2 review was fantastic. Nice photos too. I am simply in awe of this figure. It's so dynamic, I keep seeing new and cool aspects that I didn't know about before, like the green engergy tube. All around an amazing piece.

Recca should get a commission from Fewture model. That review/impression was what drove me to get this "bad boy".
I keep clicking on that link everyday, probably will continue to do so till i get my Getter.....I'm obsessed about this thing right now and the wait is killing me!!!!
I'm likely not the only one influenced by Recca's nicely done review.

I was looking at the pics again, this take on getter is simple very creative, its like a cross between an EVA and a getter. When you take the face place out you get that "organic" sense implied by the teeth and skull-like detail. You get the same experience when you review its "chest-cavity" . Its really a modernized getter essentially "updated" to swim with the modern big boys like the EVAs, rahxephon, aquarion etc.

The Garada 1901, while inferring a throwback to the mechanical age, is the best re-interpretation I've ever seen, but I should say that I never much liked the original Garada. Case in point number two is the picture from Zinc Panic that shows the Fewture versions of the Getter team. I've never seen a Getter 2 that looked the least bit interesting to me, but this version actually looks cool. Making the drill arm actually look like a real drill bit from a hardware store is brilliant. Here's the link again in case anyone missed it. www.zincpanic.com/pop_img.phtml?name=getta1.jpg&article=23864
