An Arch Enemy Aile Strike? WTF? ![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v329/omniexistence/Macross-PH%20Images/wtf.gif) Does that mean the PROVIDENCE will make an AE showing?

Why oh why another Aile Strike, we already have too much Aile Strike flooding the market here. Would have been better if it was the NU and Sazabi.
Don't mind getting the Aile Strike's arch enemy though so the MMM.

Just got my Arch Enemy RX-78 that I won off of Ebay. Wow pretty impressive! Tons of extras. Im mainly a model person but this toy fits right in with the MG Rx-78s. Looks like almost a perfect 1/100 scale. I know that this toy has been out for a while but check it out: The Arch Enemy is in the middle with the MG Ver. Ka on its left and the original MG RX-78-2 (ver. 1.0?) on its right. ![](http://www.myfilebucket.com/userfiles/ttahaj/PC150001.JPG)

I have all of the Arch Enemy Gundams, including the new release Arch Enemy Aile Strike Gundam. I picked it up at the Gundam store in the Meteron in downtwon San Francisco. 30 bucks though!! I figured it was rare so, as for the future of Gundam in the U.S., I heard from retailers that Bandai has an overstock of Gundam items, and retailers don't want to buy the itmes again becqause they think they won't sell, so until the stores buy more of the old stuff, Bandai won't release the new stuff. I was hopinh to hear some news of the 12" Freedom Gundam Figure, and seeing a Providence Gundam AE would be very cool.

Before I got the new about Bandai has discontinued production of Gundam including Arch Enemy (AE) Series (one of my favourite Gundam collections, sigh) for US market, I was hoping Bandai would produce AE version Freedom Gundam after RX-78-2 since the Seed series were broadcast througout last year. But to my disappointment, they rathered produce Aile Strike Gundam. Why Aile Strike Gundam? I don't understand. If I have not mistaken, Freedom Gundam was introduced in the next half of the Seed series in US since the beginning of this year. Bandai America should have noticed that and also realised that Freedom was well accepted and voted as one of the popular gundams in Japan. I could imagine if Freedom is released in AE version, it would look as good as the last two AE series gundams. Anyway, it is really sad and disappointed that Freedom was never ever released in Arch Enemy Series as well as 12" Double Deluxe Mega Size series. I am not sure if Bandai Japan would consider to produce Freedom in some sort like that series (ie. 1/100 size with high articulation, weathering look and detailed panel lines) apart from Cosmic Region and MG series.. Sigh!
