Is cosmic region officially part of the fix line?! Although the sculpt and detail (even packaging) is similar, I don't believe the line is endorsed by Hajime Katoki.
Lets hope that the Zeonography Metal Edition follows soon, not with Char's Zaku, but with Norris' Gouf Custom! Yea!

just wondering. does the core fighter transform and combine into the main body? it will be great if it does.

i'm sure the Core Fighter is transformable too. this is 1:100 scale after all. it's unfair if they didn't incorporate that.

got this rumor in another forum: "this 1/100 Fix RX-78-2 Gundam will be produce in Japan, because Bandai wants it to have a good start"

just wondering. does the core fighter transform and combine into the main body? it will be great if it does. I'm also positive that the core fighter is transformable. If they were able to incorporate that gimmick with the lower end arch enemy RX-78 then its almost granted they'd do the same for this higher end metal version ;D

got this rumor in another forum: "this 1/100 Fix RX-78-2 Gundam will be produce in Japan, because Bandai wants it to have a good start" Wow, that's big news Bro! I remember a time in my life when I refused to buy any robot toys that doesn't have "made in japan" stamp, since anything not made in Japan at the time was considered bootleg with poor quality (usually made in Hongkong, Macau, or Taiwan). But Bandai factories are in China, now. And it's very hard to find merchandise that are still made in Japan (except gundam models, maybe - but some Tamiya models are manufactured in Phillipines), cause all top brand electronics are made in China now.

ey niko, just a rumor bro. may or may not be true. what i like is the "good start" part. hinting the diecast fix rx-78 will be the start of a new line. woohoo!!! but then again, still a rumor i can't wait for this baby.

I think it's only 18 days more. Bandai usually release their toys around the 25th of each month. Should be in your hand by early march (or in my case, around the middle) at the latest!
Hey, I missed the hint about the "new line" in my first reading. Wonder what they will release next after the RX-78-2. A zaku maybe, or another Gundam? Hopefully something like the GP-01, transformable to the GP-01Fb (remember, the original fix can't be transformed).

ey i didn't notice this before... i think this pic also shows the diecast content- on mid arms, mid torso, part of the ankle joints. minimal diecast content over all also on the pic above, the screws holes are hidden. i think this is in tradition with gunpla. everything must be well design and perfect, no unsightly screw holes. very cool!

Come on, don't lose hope yet . For all we know, there might be an inner skeleton made of metal underneath the leg armor ! The hidden screw holes rocks too (as long as you didn't insert the wrong peg into the wrong holes, that is)!!

OOH ! So awesome (now if someone could only translate what it really says)! Does it mention anything about the percentage of the metal content? The box is so deluxe. Even says 1:100 model! Size comparison with a regular edition manga: Thanks for sharing GLaw ! Can't wait for mine to arrive!

Well, I must say THAT'S THE WAY GFF SHOULD HAVE BEEN!! A rumour says that 1/100 scale GFF is made in Japan instead of China. If it is so, we will have confidence in its quality. Between, I have two main questions of these products:
1) if we get those annoying strings as in GFF 1/144 box. 2) if this figure is highly articulated as MG figure or just the same as its GFF 1/144 figure.

I believe we will not get strings bro, remember, it comes with a styro tray!
Yeah, the box is so exclusive isn't it? I hope it is made in Japan too (the first in sooo many years)!

Actually, it wasn't made on Japan. Just check the pic where the box was shown. Made in China. But still, I will get it! vic01
