Hey cool gif. i hear you Tony. so far I've played with Gif's quite a bit. It's really difficult if the source is rich in vibrant colours. I wish animated png's were widely used. But not all web browsers support animated png's even though quality is perfect, and roughly the same file size as animated gif. No matter what I do... I get speckles!

The GX-51. It is just a great underlying figure. I wish they redid Getter Robo G using the same system. Yeah I like it alot too, funny I just got it last week. Its alot like teh GX-45,same back leg joints etc. Yeah I'm totally jealous the treatment Mazinger has been getting. better articulation and posability. If Getter, and Grendizer could be done (and if Grendizer could fit into his old spacer). Instant rebuy!

As for being a anime fan first I must say there are animes that I thought were average or to long but the robot itself made such a impact that it over rode the show. Same with short OVA's like Dangaio it was only three episodes long with a average story but the sheer design had me hooked. Liking an anime helps and gives you a better understanding of the robot but in the end it comes down to if you think the robot is cool or not. Two words. PSYCHIC WAVVvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvveeeeeee!

I was packing my stuff. I've misplaced my Superman Cape (I might have accidentally put it in my pocket and it slipped out. I forgot it was there). The cape comes from either the Kenner Super Powers action line Or Toybiz DC super heroes line I can't even sleep. So if you have a broken superman with cape.. or just the cape let me know the figure looks like this. I'm going to hit EBAY. But I'd rather check with friendly neighborhood first.

Then they are study items. You need them for your drawings! HA i wish. If I told her Danguard would make money to pay for a mortgage, then she'll say yes before you can blink a eye.

great pic. I bet he's some where around hip high.. I'm guessing. BUT SWEET JESUS is that thing beautiful. I haven't figured out the art of hiding toys from the wife yet.. OR be really good at begging. I'd love to see all the accessories. I just realized looking at that helmet. It looks like it does transform accurately to the show. So I'm wondering (cause usually SOC does). If it will come with another alternate helmet that's not transforming? the one thing I'm hoping for is SHOOTING MISSILES from the chest. and Optional "plastic blast"

Hopefully it's under $200 if it's about 9 inches. These days of me getting $200-$400 toys are long gone.
In accessories. I hope they include Mr. X plane, and the two cockpit training plane.

Looking at it more closely. It looks like it's going to allow for a lot of dynamic posing, compared to the Yamato. Oh just noticed another thing. in the satelizer mode. The helmet looks different from the robot one. Just a guess. I bet Bandai will allow for the real helmet to go in, and also a anime acurrate version for the satelizer. By looking at the size of the cockpits in both pics. the satelizer cockbit one is a tad bigger then the robot mode. Oh this maybe because of the blurry pic. But it looks like the right wing of the Satelizer is foldable. And the left one maybe not? 2 different type of wings. -Anime style -and true transforming. (doesn't seem like there's a seam line, it maybe because of the quality of the photos).
