Got mine week ago. I think it's the most accurate SoC Mazinger Z to date, and it's ok if we don't agree lol. the proportions, head sculpt, good amount of diecast, and just about everything. I like the rocket punch gimmick with this release. it comes with all the basic accessories I need, and the packaging is the perfect size for storing.. Now I want the next Great Mazinger and Grendizer to be just like this one. I think this is the definitive ver. of SoC Mazinger Z and a must for the newcomers.

Should I go with Amazon or wait? I'm in the US. I just pre-ordered two GX-88s with Amazon US. (I'm in the US, too.) They're not charging me until the items are shipped, which is awesome. However, they can do really poor jobs of packaging and shipping. I've had items get damaged due to lack of packaging protection, and there are many customers out there who have ordered large Transformers collectibles where Amazon just simply slaps a shipping label on the actual item's box itself (rather than use a real shipping box). If another US retailer gets the GX-88, I'll order from them instead, provided that costs are reasonable and to ensure that I actually get this item should Amazon not be able to fulfill their orders (has happened before). I'm wondering what Amazon's expected quantity of stock will be for this--let's see how long until Amazon sells out on this PO. Thanks for the heads up. Can I cancel my preorder just in case I find another one?

dont get your hopes high just saying lol I already know the Drill Spazer and Marine Spazer are somehow light and without diecast. It was a sh*t move from Bandai. But I'm just happy that soon I will own the full set for Grenndizer since I missed the chance with GX-04S. The will look excellent after putting them together.

i want to ask the guys who have it, is it worth getting ? i dont know anything about the robot and im confused, there's the GX-23 Zambot 3 and the GX-23A Zambot Ace whats up with that ? GX-23 Zambot 3 Is the one you want to get including Zambot Ace. It's the full package. The GX-23A is just Zambot Ace with yellow or gold chrome color instead of yellow. I bought mine 2 or 3 years ago for $180? and it's worth every penny. the paint applications & details are top notch. comes with a lot of accessories. not a lot of articulation. But he's heavy and feels nice in hands. Get him with Daitarn 3. and thank me later. edit: sorry I made a mistake. here in this video it will show you everything you need to know about the GX-23A
