It's not so much that they've shrunk, it's just that the Universe line had bigger bots than others (even brought back Ultras). They've started to bring it back down again with Generations, RTS, and DOTM.

The only thing so far is the Speed Stars car. No Deluxe class release as of yet. Thanx for the info. That's not even the 458 Italia, it's the 430... I sure hope in won't be the case that since Mattel is the sole license holder for Ferrari, that we won't this Mirage Ferrari...

If they're going to make a toy of Dino, as he's been renamed, Hasbro will probably go the same route as they did with the Audi R8 in the last movie, and make a generic Ferrari "lookalike" that looks kiiiiind of like a Ferrari but with enough changes so it doesn't have to be licensed.

Toys seemed to be moving here even before the movie. I am expecting new stuff since I just saw the movie.

Nice Bumblebee....must be a pain to transform without scuffing the chrome though.
I'm still looking for a Leader Class Ironhide....haven't seen any at TRU or Walmart here.
bumblebee leader class is growing on me. probably because of the lack of Leader Ironhide.

I still had not seen a single bumble bee from the line that I would want. I also gave up on any Primes. The only Primes I like enough to consider is the Dual Model and the Revoltech. I am hoping SDCC shows off the future waves from the TF3 line.

Any toys from the movie worth getting. Loved Leader Prime from the last line but the new Leader figures don't look as complex. Saw Sentinel but find the transformation a bit shellformer. Is Ironhide good? Might pick a deluxe or two. Megs looks nice but the paint looks very boring. Any suggestions?

Megs and Skyhammer are good. Megs needs more paint, but it is a cool figure. I expect a leader version.

hasn't anyone gotten a leader class ironhide yet? its available only in collectors shops in the Philippines (for now) in varying prices. i would like to get but i'm holding back until i've seen reviews to convince me to pick it up or otherwise.
box-wise and first impression-wise, it looks good.

Well it looks awkward from pretty much all views but I'm still hell-bent in getting this.
The robot mode looks good enough for me, and I probably wouldn't have enough space to display him in truck mode anyway.
Still would've preferred a Human Alliance 1/24 scaled Ironhide though.....

He...looks pretty good. Is there a HA Topspin planned? I think that's the only thing that might stop me from getting this version. I picked up Laserbeak and the Sergent Noble/Tailpipe/Pinpointer mini HA set in the last week or so. These are my favorite DotM figures so far, although I do keep finding myself absently fiddling with Shockwave. I also saw leader Ironhide, but I didn't think he was worth it. Honestly, I think the figure from the first film was good enough. Laserbeak is weird and kind of a roboturkey, but it really works. He's somehow able to pull off these believably birdlike poses without sacrificing any of what makes him a transformer. I'm not articulating this well at all, but he has a special charm to him. Tailpipe is nice and lean and also able to get into some emotive poses. The kinda sparse paint apps actually work really well and give him an understated (but not incomplete, like so many others) look. Also, relevant to no-one, I keep misreading his rider's name at a glance as Savage Noble. Oh, Beast Machines, it's been so long. (Images with lighting, proper exposure, focus, and white balance available upon request. This here isn't even half-ass work, more like quarter-ass with my inability to turn on lights comically highlighted by some masterful work with the brightness slider in photoshop. What can I say, I'm an artiste.)Achievement Unlocked: Redo crappy photos.

Anyone here who owns both Animated and DOTM Shockwaves? If there's any, is it possible for Animated Shockwave to hold DOTM Shockwave's cannon in his hand?
