I own their magnet arbegas and I like it (it's a lot of part swapping but it's the best arbegas out there.). Being my favourite show as a child I've been waiting for a nice combiner (I'm looking at you bandai), I think a non combining arbegas is like having a 20% of a figure... the prototype it's a early one so we cant say a lot. Id like to know how tall is it. let's hope they make it great this time

I've got 2 Dynamite Action! Albegas sets and they're really cool. If this is on a different scale, or made of diecast I'll definitely pick it up. If it's made from the same mold but just has traditional joints, I'll skip it.

I've got 2 Dynamite Action! Albegas sets and they're excellent. It will be awesome if this scales with the GX-71. It's only a prototype, but my level of interest is at 99%. Unless ET does something horribly wrong, I'll be 1st in line for this. Any word on preorder?

Hope they'll make I'd bigger this time (it's my main issue with their older set)...arbegas should scale with my other soc combiners...

Albegas is as big as the torso of the woman standing next to it. I didn't notice this when I made my first post. I tried to delete it, but there is a problem with the server. So please disregard it.

Now I'm worried, because I'm willing to pay almost whatever they'll ask....

The little sign says “new combination and transformation series”. So it doesn’t appear it will be in the DX metal action series but a new toy line.
With ET sculpt is usually great and accurate. I really hope they can pick up execution and quality wise.

I have a feeling that it will be as tall as their DX Metal Action Tetsujin 28 around 30 to 40 cm.
I hope that ET could hierd a 3rd party transformers designer like from MakeToys, Fans Hobby or any 3P company with a good record on their products, they could help giving more options on the design structure of Albegas like hiding the fists inside the forearms instead of seeing the ball socket behind the back of Albegas, upgrading their plastic materials, some ratcheted joints here and their since this will be a big combiner and other more.

The original POPY design combines with the arms folded to the back, so I'm cool with that. But from the tabs that are visible on Albegas' sides, I think you'll be able attache them, or leave them off.

Those elbow joints do not look like a vinyl figure. I don't like Evolution Toys at all. Their magnet ball figures are overpriced and their last transforming toy, the Legioss from Mospeada was a QC nightmare. As big of an Albegas fan that I am, I'm super disappointed this offering is from ET. Will wait on the sidelines until there is confirmation that the quality is acceptable if this is indeed a transforming figure. the overall sculpt is just wrong, it looks like a character from mine craft i think we should ask Icarus or MT to do one for us lol I actually like the aesthetics on this Albegas figure, but I don't trust ET at all.

WEP has the Voltron rights, not Albegas. Not sure who in Japan holds rights to Albegas.

It has to happen one day. Especially since there are quite a few Albegas offerings as of late by other 3rd parties.

On a positive note the Shoulders don't look like ET's normal magnet ratchets. They look to have some actual real joints. So there is some hope. ET is a strange bird. Their sculpts are generally fantastic as is their paint jobs (well fantastic for painted plastic. Not quite Bandai or Fewture level lacquers.) But their engineering leaves much to be desired. At this point I take a wait and see on their stuff. Of their Magnet Dynamite Action line I have 2 really good figures wher ethe gimmick works well, one Albegas where it is somewhat annoying and 2 others that it just fails horribly in every way possible. (The Samurai Pizza Cats robot and Laserion) This guy is definately a different sculpt than their Dynamite Action Albegas set. He's less lean and looks a bit chunkier. He almost has a God Mars vibe.

The presence of articulated fingers. I hope that means this figure will be large in size. I hope it will be comparable in size to GX-71 or the Miracle Productions Dairugger XV.
