Nice, vic!!! Is that stand for Devil Wing from one of the Final Fantasy figures?
I'm psyched-- I may have just found enough toy budget to get myself a Godannar... I'll know in about a week!

Thank you guys always!!! ;D Oh I forgot to take some pics of the custom stand for the sword! Nwayz, promise tonight!
Hehe, I guess the Devil Wings version is now kind of hard to find otherwise, expensive. That's right Ayakoholic, Shin Getter stand came from Final Fantasy X-2 Yuna Action Figure, translucent plastic w/c is good for flying posing. And I also put below a CD Translucent casing (you know when you buy a 50 or 100 DVDs/CDs). It's kinda hard to posed Shin since it is almost 90% Diecast and really heavy. But the stand can hold it no problem!

Here are some pics of my custom stand for the sword Celeblade... A pair of metal rod. One is smaller. Glued a rubber thing on the clear hook. This will hold the sword so that the sword won't slide. The white part at the back of the hook is the putty. Since my super glues won't stick to the metal, I just put some putty. I will try to sand it to make it look neat. Can rotate the rubber vic01

www.geocities.jp/brusterblade/gda.htmlI think Goddanar's color change gimmick is probably the main reason why the she goddanar doesnt look that durable. Then again SHE then to be fragile. So I heard. I'm too poor to know first hand. ;D

I have been watching this anime. The animators have a thing for juggle-ly boobies... As juggle ly as semi-filled water balloons... Even the female robots do that... See if S.H.E. can duplicate that!

Well, there was this company that was doing collectible gashapons for Tenjo-Tenge and as a gimmick, the girls' breasts were a seperate piece of sculpt mounted like the heads on "bobble-head" statues!! I'd like to see a Neo-Oksah with a bouncing chest too!

I got mine from admin1 yesterday, and while I may be way behind the curve, I am completely psyched to finally have mine. I need to work on display options; even if I adjust the shelf it's on, it won't *quite* fit standing upright. I've got it posed with the sword right now, which looks great, but I want it in the center of the shelf if possible. Time to work on stand customizing! Pics later!

Just finished the final volume of the Godannar DVDs, and a great ending with tons of action nonetheless. Haven't actually seen a giant robot TV series with a very satisfying ending for a while, while the action kept me on the edge of the chair. Just sucks that ADV being a cheapskate giving you only 3 episodes on the last 3 volumes, when they lure you in with 5 episodes on volume 1. HATE THAT!!! This could have been a 6 disc collection instead of 7. But they did a good job on the extras, jacket design and all. As a whole, the series has a lot of fanservice for sure, but good that they are all just 'tongue in cheek' kind of sexy comic relief, or some brief nudity in some occasions. A bit naughty in showing some skin, but nothing dirty or gratutious that makes it feel like porn. Its a TV series on air in Japan afterall. Still not everyone's cup of tea. But in terms of drama & robot action, its almost as hotblood as GaoGaiGar Final's level...meaning really good. Art is very consistent in all episodes, and high quality animation for a TV show. Watching this show, while having my Max gokin displayed right on top of my DVD play sure is a blast! ;D

Of course it has. Its an official U.S. release from ADV. Though now that the whole thing is out, I can see ADV try to cash in some more to release a thin pack box set in a few months, in case you have the patience & want to save money. I almost never watch my anime in dub, so can't really comment on the dub quality though. Just love the acting and the voices a whole lot more from the Japanese voice actors.
