I want to make sure I understand: the "core fighter" combines with the Gundam and the G-fighter but the Gundam figure itself can't combine with the G-Fighter?

I don't know why people bother with BBTS for that kind of toys when they are so many other reliable and cheaper options out there. I only use BBTS for Transformers.

I have absolutely no qualms about buying things at full retail price if it's something I really like. Yeah, I could have waited a few months for the CMs Calber and gotten it for half the price, but I can't look at this hobby just in terms of how it affects MY wallet. I WANT these companies to keep making stuff, I want them to prosper and make a profit. If nobody bought these toys upon release and just waited for a price drop, these companies would lose their incentive to make the toys at all. We need to scratch their backs if we want them to keep scratching ours. I'm not saying we should always sit back and just be happy with the prices of everything, but unless we know how much those licenses cost, how much production costs are, how much marketing and everything else costs, it doesn't seem fair for us to declare prices to be inflated or unreasonable. Tell me about it. In Transformers-land, it seems fans are just waiting to pick up stuff on clearance and are demanding $10 Leaders and $20 Supreme figures. They're outraged when they have to pay more than $10 for a deluxe. Something's wrong with the hobby and it's the cheapass fanbase.

$10 more than Alternators because HA BB is ten times more gimmicky, not to mention more poseable and more stable. And he comes with the little Sam figure.

No one is talking about Superion's tiny waist peg who still doesn't lock in properly? I think that's the mold biggest flaw.

No Premium figures this time around Hasbro said. They will concentrate their efforts on putting out new molds and repaints with remolded parts.

I just got the limited edition on clearance (70% off) at HLJ... I think I half like it. Could have been better (leg articulation isn't the best, plastic is thin), but still cool to have. Definitely not worth the original 200+ price tag. I do like the die-cast, rubber tires and cool transformation though.
