I like it and it looks like the designers did leave his microscope mode in. Takes a little imagination, but they left all of the signs like the knobs on the arms and the flip down chest tray. Emerje Maybe he will be a Triple-Transformer but they won't tell, like Generations Soundwave.

Some WFC figures are finally available in our local toy stores. I wanted a Soundwave, but he wasn't available. So, I ended up buying Megatron. While it's a good figure, the arms were a downfall. The weren't articulated that good due to the transformation.
Speaking of the transformation, I have a problem with the shoulders. They are so tight and I need to use shear force to snap them in place. Is this just with my figure? Or is it a common problem like Battle Blade BumbleBee's head?

I'm still a n00b with this hobby. The only Revoltech I have is Shin Getter 1.

So it seems the majority agrees on the Classics figure.
I wouldn't mind get it, but the one thing I don't like about are those extra panels on the arms. Is it possible to remove them of the arms?
I also heard there's a Third-Party-made trailer for it. Is it made by FansProject?

Hey guys, just a few questions about which G1 Prime should I get. Now, I know what you're going to say. "The best G1 Prime would be the Masterpiece of course". True, but it's a giant compared to my Voyager and Deluxe-class transformers and other 13-16 cm figures and too expensive to get. The original G1 Prime is very popular considering it being the original, but I don't like how inaccurate it looks compared to the cartoon look. That leaves me with three possible choices. The Robot Masters Prime The Classics Prime And this "Ultimate Battle" Prime Which one of them do you suggest for me to get? And what are the goods and bads of each?

You know what would be a good repaint from Kaiyodo's point of view?!
A "powered down" Eva Unit 01 from the second movie. They can repaint Awakened Eva 01 and change the red parts to gray, and call it a new figure.
. . .
God damn it!! Now I gave them a new idea for a new Eva!!!

Damn!! It looks like nobody cares at all about this release!! More pics. Looking closely, I think the limiters look nicer than Revo's. And they're packaged separated from the figure! I think Stop-Motion movie makers will like this. From the side... two things I've noticed... The bottom jaw does not line with the upper jaw, and the neck seems short. I do like the teeth and how they look. And in these pictures, there's an eyesore. The shoulders look off and disjointed. But I guess that was a price for the sake of articulation. Here's a picture with the second tongue. I do wonder how to replace them. DYNAMIC POSES!! And of course, let's not forget the buildings sets. EPIC!! Source.Any new thoughts?

You think that's from Kaiyodo? As a revoltech? See if you can find any more pics of that Liger, and get closeup shots of the joints... if it has revo joints, you Liger fans are in for a major treat. zozo-magengar Revoltech stand.

Energon Cubes. The one thing that makes a Transformers collection is complete to the fans. Now, I know there are some unofficial made ones like unicron.com Energon pack. I know as well of Light-Up 6-Pack cubes. Does anyone knows if there are any energon cube packs other than those? I've been looking to cheaper, more than at least 20 a pack, but couldn't find any. And if possible, plain clear plastic cubes of any toy brand.

Nice! I mean, I'll admit for all the hype Kaiyodo brought for the 100th release it does seem a bit underwhelming/ordinary, etc. But if they can somehow deliver the effects in the main promo pic....I'm sold. But do you really need to buy it just for that? A simple Photoshop edit does the trick.

I'm a big Evangelion fan, but I'm allowed to say this is too much.
I used to respect the Revoltech line, but after the release of MP Eva with two separate versions and the new movie figures, I thought they've lost it with the franchise. It's not just re-releasing the figures more than anything else, but the accessories that comes with it. Especially if you compare them with the recent Robot Damashii releases.
Let's start with Eva Unit 01. The Revoltech comes with swords, and RD does not. But RD version comes with an AT Field accessory. Something we've never seen Revoltech comes with. So, let's say it's a tie.
As for Eva Unit 02, if you bought the RD version, you'll get all the appropriate accessories in one package. But if you bought the Revoltech version, you'd have to buy all the movie figures to get all the accessories. Something I've hated about them. I think they did the same thing with one of Gurenn Lagann figures.
Now for Eva Unit 00... ((My first and currently only Eva figure I have)) do I need to say anything? This is the figure that you can see how much RD care for their releases. Not only did they give the accurate N2 missile, but they've also included swappable limbs to mimic the injuries received in the movie. Plus using clear plastic instead of cheap paint for the red eye and the green dome on the head. But looking at the Revoltech... even for an exclusive, they didn't work that much with it. They reused old accessories from the show, and didn't even bother to change the color of the knife from red to yellow. They didn't even correct them with the huge re-released package
And of course, Eva Unit 03. Revoltech had done the same thing with reusing an old accessory, and I mean the angel part being white instead of blue. And looking at the RD version, they've made the angel part blue and it looks like clear plastic based on the pictures. And they didn't forget to add the extra arms. Did Revoltech includ them? I don't think so.
That leaves us with Eva Unit 2 The Beast to see if RD is better than the Revoltech or not, and if they will release Unit 04, 05, 06, 08 Awakened Unit 01 and possibly MP Evas.
But for now, I say screw the Revoltechs. If you want good small-scaled Evangelion figures, go for the Robot Damashii figures.
Oh, and this is my first post on the forum. So, Hi everyone.
