YF-19 will be out in November. hope i can get one with my Christmas bonus. hehehe. ;D or i'll just wait for next year to see the Fast Pack & Fold Booster accessories. maybe by next year, they release it as a bonus pack.  hope they'll do next the YF-21. |

I'm sure they'll do a VF-21. I'm surprised that Yamato has not had a FAST pack release with this yet (unless, of course, it's on the way, or like before, they'll release it with a future "fixed" version of the toy).

i think the fast pack & fold booster will be released next year. it's state there in the first picture before from HLJ.com. but i think they remove it for now. here's my copy of that picture ad from before. look at the red copy in the middle aera of gerwalk and fighter pictures. it says there in japanese that option parts of fast pack & fold booster will be available in 2007.  so i'll just wait it next year first. i don't want Yamato to release another YF-19 with the accessories included. but if they do it like the seperate Striker Pack, then i'm game with it. ;D |

Maybe the thrusters haven't been pushed all the way in. If it's any similar to the 1/48 VF-1 or 1/60 VF-0 then they might have to be pulled out during Battroid Mode.
As for the seam being very noticable I hope that's just shoddy QC.

It's almost like that right foot is not assembled properly on this sample... just look at the left foot - so much nicer. Hmm...

well, they have to fix that cause i'm having second thoughts now on figs that has some flaws, and to think that i'm going to save P8,000-P9,000 pesos for that. let me see first that this YF-19 is P9,000 worth. hehehe.  |

Is that a pre-production sample? If it is, you can still expect very minor assembly issues like that. It shouldn't appear on the final production and mass produced versions. |

I can only assume that this latest batch of photos are of the same model - if so, then clearly the lighting has a lot to do with how apparent the seams on the feet are. In one pic, it looks again like the right foot has a very obvious seam - and in another it looks like it's the left foot with the seam problem.
BTW - don't know where you got these, but they're fantastic!

If these pics are 'that' old, that means they're still pre-prod samples. Likely still made from resin.
Still looks fricken impressive though. I only have two issues with this toy. The Gunpod looks one size small, and Isamu Dyson looks a size big.
