I'd like to know more, too. I know of Maz Z, Great Maz, Grandizer, Jeeg, Getta Dragun, Getta 1, Getta Liger. All came in color, gold, and (maybe?) white versions.
There was a Raideen, too, that comes in a brown mailer box, different from the full color window boxes the others come in.
I'm pretty sure there's a couple more Go Nagai bots, hopefully somebody else can confirm/deny what I've said.

Here are the ones I remember:
Mazinger (regular and gold) Great Mazinger (regular and gold) Grendizer (regular and gold) Jeeg Getter 1 Getter 2 Getter Dragon Getter Liger Getter Poseidon - the head colors were reversed Shin Getter 1 (regular and black) Dangard Ace - the biceps came on the wrong side right vs. left and you had to pop them off and switch them. Reideen - released as an exclusive after the line was killed. That's why it's in the carboard box and is so expensive.

I'm growing curious about the Marmits, as well. I saw a "Marmit" Great Mazinger, similar in limb metallic paint to that of a LeReve metallic-version of a Mazinger-Z which I now have... ...It seems to me that Marmit, and LeReve, were attempting to manufacture these super-robots as close in appearance as possible to those of their respective tv-series, including their scale weight/height proportions. Judging by the look of my Mazinger-Z, I'd say LeReve nailed his look right down to the Pilder, as he appears in the tv-series. Marmit does a helluva good job at this, as well. (my opinion, of course) Here's a "Marmit" Fierce Legends Great Mazinger... ...and, here's my LeReve metallic-version Mazinger-Z... ...and, here's a Marmit 30" Mazinger-Z... Note the similarities? zozo-Magengar *^__^*

This one... Look closely at the face and Pilder... seems to me, Marmit was going for the Mazinger-Z of the "Mazinkaiser" OAV series... I'm not sure I could handle all that blue, though. zozo-Magengar

Wow, he does favor the OAV version, which, IIRC, is closer to the original manga. Anyone?
Also saw a blue Great Maz on ebay recently.
Anybody have a pic of the Boss Borot? He could very well leap-frog ahead of Maz Z on my want list.

I thought the original manga was printed in black-n-white... (I'd seen the spanish-languaged colorized mangas) ...is there a Japanese colorized manga showing a Mazinger-Z in this blue color?
The more I look at this blue Mazzie, the more I grow to like him. (I'm sure if I bought it, I'd touch it up to match my metallic LeReve version, with metallic white... and paint the Pilder back to red with a blue dome windshield.)

I have no idea...but I only collected the original normal colored ones. so far I got the following: 1.Grendizer 2.Great Mazinger 3.Mazinger Z 4.Gaiking 5.Danguard Ace 6.Getter Robot 7.Jeeg
I also got Reideen & Combattler V but they were used and came without a box...but I have noticed that they are the same size like most of them...I don't know from which company they came from...but as long as they stand the same size like the normal marmit ones...I'm happy with them. once they are all displayed next to each other...they look really great.

What's a good or decent price to pay for these Marmit's? I just recently visited Kimono My House and they still have some of them, but for $120. I was thinking of purchasing 1 or 2, but wanted to know if this is considered market value or if $120 is paying too much. Thanks in advance for any help.

that's nuts! How many variations of the two mazingers are out there? For Maz Z I know of a regular, blue, black (like black SOC, not like this one), and all Gold. For Great Maz there's a regular, blue, this one, and ? Congrats, roboto! I can't wait for my regular Maz Z to arrive, to finish my trio with Great Maz and Grendy!

And here he is: I didn't notice this until Z arrived, but they're each slightly different in height so that Z<Great<Grandizer.

Maz Z was $100 plus shipping from Japan.
Great Maz was a gift from my fantastic wife on our honeymoon. Grendizer was $65 many years ago. He was purchased at a toy show from a dealer who had been using it as a display(no box, some scuffs), and had sold the rest.
Now I'm wondering if it will drive me insane trying to get the Getta Robos.
